I've had nothing but great experiences here, and I finally found the ONE hotel my daughter wanted. This location keeps their entire store well stocked in every isle. The workers are always friendly and don't mind to have small talk as they ring you up. I like coming here simply because it's close to my location and easy to access all the isles. I gave this Dollar Tree location a One Star not because of the store itself, both my wife and I are Pastors of our Church and we always find what we need for our weekly Sunday School projects, in which we found exactly what we needed for this weeks. The One Star comes from the cashier! She was the nastiest cashier we have ever encountered in our whole 72 years living on this planet. All because she noticed a little bitty Trump pin on my hat and she went ballistic. We both tried to ignore her but she just kept on berating us in front of other customers and would not shut up about it. We told her this was no place to talk religion or politics but really there was no talking to this individual. So if any of you out there plan to go to this one and you dare wear anything with the name Trump on BEWARE THE FIGHT WILL BE ON. This is a nice, large Dollar Tree. Also they have unlocked public restrooms, which is handy. As with any dollar store, they don't always have the exact thing you want in the exact color on the exact day, but there's a lot to choose from. The craft section especially has grown! And the new, more expensive items are clearly marked. read more

Ok flew in staying at Wydam and wanted several items I didnt want to pack! This place has excellent staff!, they were wkg their butts off! Pricing 1.25 we bought snacks, water, coffee, flipflops for around the condo, gatorade, phone charger, so much stuff! All under $13! What?! Shelves well stocked. Local lippy 13 yr old brats in the store, dont let them deter you! It was a great safe location that really saved us from going miles to another big box store! Oh safeway next door!! Ordered a box of things from dollar tree. Took three weeks to be told that the computer shows that's it's here but we can't find it. That was my second time driving to the store mid Covid. Manager takes my number to never call. I call the store back the cashier was honest enough to tell me she overheard that my box wasn't even scheduled to come to the store. Somehow there is a major problem. I call the 1800 number to be told that corporate will be calling me. That was about another week ago. Today I check my email stating that the box was returned and we will be refunding in three to five business days. Sad sad sad. read more

I honestly don't expect the same level of service, items, or even cleanliness as I do for a large box chain like Walmart or target. And, that's probably a good thing. The main issue with this store- and many dollar chains- is that they don't have enough staff to get everything done. When the cashier is expected to also be a stocker, it's nearly impossible to get a shelf or product fully stocked before changing hats to become the cashier. Worst customer service I ever had. I went to ask this worker for help, he had saw me coming and turned around to do whatever. The girl he was talking to took a phone call and went down an aisle to talk and plugged her ears. She most deff should have taken that call into the back room where there was no customers. After 10 minutes of being there, not one employee asked if I needed help, I had asked the guy if they had any pull ups or diaper and he said in a rude manner that it was in the kids aisle. Didn't point, didn't show me or anything. He seemed like he was bothered to be there. Came across the rudest employee tonight 10/12/19. Closed the store earlier than is advertised, keep in mind I was not the only person trying to shop at this time and she ignored them too. Came to dollar tree to get some last minute supplies for my little cousin before the start of the semester at NAU...I was hoping to have a successful shopping experience but... - the place is very messy and disorganized - lots of things were in boxes in the aisles, not even on the shelves - I wouldn't even buy the food products there it looked all old :( - customer service wasn't that great. I came in for the deal of the week and of course they don't have it, if they are going to say deal if the week, they should know better to have the stuff in stock. It's just bad management. Always friendly staff they just need some more checkouts open when it gets busy but other than that they got a really nice selection of seasonal items right now it's Valentines ,So you got a nice choice of candies and little knickknacks for your loved ones, Easy parking it's a very convenient location right next to hero sushi are basically the same street as Safeway is on so it makes it easy and convenient and it's a easy in easy out, i've have noticed that milk is not a dollar at this location I don't know if that's common at all of them but if they do carry milk it is not a dollar,it's more close to two dollars sometimes three but is never a dollar just a little bit of information for you, But other than that they have some really neat stuff specially on greeting cards are seasonal cards you can't beat that price anywhere. This store would have gotten five stars because, of the merchandise it carries. This seems to be the only good dollar store in the city. Where I'm from, there are huge dollar stores that are four times the size as a typical dollar tree. I was very surprised to see some of the items that I was able to purchase at this location. It was larger than other locations in bigger cities that I have lived in. What took two stars away from this rating is, the customer service was just OK and, it was really un-organized.
