I have one issue every time I come in the Coke machine is broke the Coke machine that has the bottle Coke so please I've been asking for a while. Can they replace the machine? I like this Dollar Tree over my local one. I was able to find more good name brand finds such as school materials, toys, and more. You never know what you might find here! Everything is now $1.25 instead of a dollar- as a disclaimer I think some things are cheaper at your local Walmart/Target because the value of some items isn't $1.25 but much less. With that said, look carefully and you can still score some good deals. read more

Shot out to Dollar Tree for helping a broke ass man like me feel rich again... From screen protectors for tablets and cell phones to snacks and cleaning supplies, everything in this place is only $1! If you're in need of ice or even a greeting card, they've got you covered. I can't tell you how many times this place has saved me from last minute parties. Parking is easy. I've been a regular customer here since it opened. I just experienced an extremely rude cashier. I am a cashier as well and when I have my closed sign up that means my lane is closed. I saw her closed sign and continued to look for a lane that was open. She walked by me and barked at me that lane 4 was open. I told well you had a closed sign up. She continued to give me attitude because her light was on and I just decided I'm too old to deal with it and left my stuff there and left. As a cashier, I can tell you her behavior was terrible. If she's working I will not shop there. read more

The employees are friendly but yet they ask you if you want to bag? If they don't see a bag in your hand how you supposed to carry 20 plus items? I was happy to find that they had everything I needed and I was able to grab some Fourth of July decorations while I was there. I guess they are getting so many bad reviews that they now have an unlisted number. I tried calling the store in Temecula too and experience the same thing. As much as I liked the bargains. Went to this store on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed with people. Ran into at least six customers who were not wearing face coverings and were not practicing social distancing. Even one of the employees was stocking a refrigerated case of food while not wearing a mask. No one was making an effort to clean or sanitize the carts and baskets. Literally a hotbed for corona virus! Stay far away from this store if you value your health! read more

Horrible experience. I get all my stuff ready to put at the cash register. The lady attending me had a horrible attitude. I ask her kindly I no longer want to take ONE item and she says "okay give it to me, I'll go put that back... I guess" and I just stay quiet. She gets the item and yanks it out of my hand. She walks to another part of the store to put the items I no longer want In a cart or something and starts mumbling god knows what. I go on with putting my things at the register and she tells me with a nasty ass attitude "Can you give me that so I can put it at the bottom of the bag it just makes it easier for me" I understand she may be having a rough day but there is no excuse to treat customers that way. Also, as I was at the register a lady ask very nicely "Mam' do you happen to know where ____ & ____ is? ...etc" The cashier tells her "Honestly I don't even know if it is ... it'll be on aisle ___......." a few seconds later the cashier mumbles "I'm busy right now working here too at the register ugh..." As I left the store she says "have a nice day ..etc" I just walked out. read more

Walking in I heard some loud remarks from a cashier and didn't look back to check. Upon checking out her customer service was beyond horrible. Her tone of voice, posture and responses to all the customers was unnecessary. The store was not busy at all, so there was no need for Cynthia to be rude to all customers and have that disrespectful tone of voice. Especially since most of the customers were elderly, they don't need that disrespect when they are doing what they need to get by. If she isn't fond of customer service positions she should re-evaluate her position choices and Improve her attitude or look for a new line of work. read more

The heavy set cashier that Nancy refers to in another Google review jumped my s**t this morning. I had set my grocery bag full of items on the belt. She angrily and in a loud mean tone told me that I needed to put my items on the belt. Before I could apologize and comply she grabbed the bag and flipped the contents so violently that some of the flew on the floor. She continued to berate me as to how she was supposed to check the goods with them in the bag. I grabbed my bag and told her she id not need to be rude about it and walked out. That woman needs another job that does not involve customer service. She shows zero respect to the customers. There are other Dollar Tree stores. read more

My friend and I went into dollar tree around 7:45 pm, upon arrival we were greeted with a "you better get in and get out were closing" by a lady, so we quickly grabbed our items then stood in her line that had about 15 people in it, she didn't say anything to us. Then upon leavintg a different lady was standing by the door and I asked her what the corporate number was and she replied "I dont know it" and seemed agitated so I said I would look online. I informed the other lady how we were treated by her co worker and she told me "Her name is Tiera, dont put my name put hers I didn't say anything to you" I gasped I couldn't believe she sold out her coworker..I usually love this store and its always clean and stocked for the most part. But after how I was treated, ill probably make the trip up to temecula or down to oceanside. read more

We go to this store often while we wait for husband to get his hair cut. Staff is always very nice and prompt. I like this place a lot.

This place is in need of a 'clean house'. I have been going to this location (only one in town) for a year now and it only keeps getting worse. Management is the biggest problem here. Employees have been treated like dirt in front of my own eyes. There is constant new employees and I wonder why :/. Most of the time, there is one cashier open with 10-15 customers in line. Of course, they must be short staffed and again I wonder why :/. . In one occasion, while a cashier was taking care of my items, another employee was standing there speaking in Spanish (little did she know that Im fluent in Spanish) expressing how she was going to 'vengeance' anther employee for getting her in trouble. Another occasion, a customer had multiple coupons where the cashier was unsure of a certain process. She called management (male) and he talked down to her and told her how could she waste his time with a coupon transaction. Maybe if she would have been properly trained she wouldn't not had that issue. Corporate needs to analyze management not their employees. Sad to say but I might consider taking my business elsewhere, even if I have to drive or pay a little more. read more

He is very polite and very helpful, and it is such a pleasure to see young men like himself to be so kind to elderly people, and Every one who walks through the door. The staff is always working hard to tidy it and to re-stock (an endless job for them in this busy store) and they always seem to have a smile and a helpful attitude. this place SUCKS, first of all it's never organized and I can't find anything I'm looking for because the employees never stock anything. second I went in the other day at 9:43 to have the lady shout in my face that they're closing at 10, and then give me attitude that they don't want to be kept "overtime" because people "like me" wait what???? then she said "we're closing in 5 minutes" and I said "I know ma'am" for her to give me attitude AGAIN saying "I was talking to the other lady if I wanted you to know trust me I would" EXCUSE ME? the customer service really is shitty and they need to be trained how to treat their customers especially if I'm giving them MY MONEY. read more
