Anyway, stopped in to see what they had to offer. First some prices were marked at an outrageous ticket price only to be marked down with a certain percentage. Case in point they had a Lacoste bath towel marked at $50.00 @ 50% off so that would make it $25.00, you can get the same towel at Ross for like $7.99. I did however find a good deal I got 14 washcloths (Target Brand) for $4.00. I continued to scan the store for more deals and basically comparing prices. I left with about $45.00 worth of items that I would consider basic and no real deals. I would for sure go back only because I love to hunt for deals.

I couldn't return it because they only have a week to go return. On top of that I bought a soda stream machine for 60$ which had a different C02 bottle in the box. So I couldn't even use it. Both of these items should not have even been on the fucking floor. Why are they selling defective items and only allowing a week to return. People have stuff to do and can't check the items then and there. This was ridiculous don't buy anything that is over 50$ unless you know it's worth it or working. Make sure you're able to return.

I feel like these should have been inspected because every single glove had some sort of weird orange residue on them that smelled bad and even the gloves themselves were ripping apart as I tried putting them on. I had to throw it away... I love this store, but that was a waste of money and time. We also got some keys made, and twice, the edges came out so rough that it would not work on the door.

With my two little ones in tow, we were curious about this store in comparison to Dollar Tree. As far as I can tell, most of the items are (not surprisingly) comparable. Per typical American fashion, many items are made overseas, which significantly correlate with freight costs and shipping delays.* Why the hell do you think cargo containers are still just sitting at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach? On September 18, 2021, most items were $1.31. In fact, signage along the pricing strips on the shelves said, "Nothing over $1.31." This has been a steady trend over the years as evident by the reviews. Then we saw a notice about prices to increase as of October 1, 2021. I bring this up because while I posted that photo of the notice to their business page, for some reason it is not being publicized. I can see it on my photos section, but not their page. That is utter bull. I do not appreciate that lack of transparency from whoever is initiating such nonsense (Dollar King? Yelp? Another Yelper who complained?) So our 11 items came out to $14.41 (not including tax). Plastic shopping bags are $.10 each. The employees were not welcoming. No greeting. No personality whatsoever when we were checking out. Interesting find at amazing prices. First time visiting (Thursday) and the owner explained how his…read moresales work. Merchandise on the left and right side of the warehouse on racks are all priced as marked & are regular merchandise. Still super cheap prices. The wooden bins in the center of the warehouse have different pricing depending on what day of the week you visit. The day's special prices are marked on the white dry erase board that is visible upon entry. The pricing structure is as follow: Friday = a warehouse full of new inventory released to the public. Highest price with most selection. Ex. $12 pants. Saturday = whatever that is left is now marked down by a %, say 50%. Ex. $6 Sunday = whatever that remains is now marked down again, say now $5 Monday = whatever that remains is marked down once more to say $4 Tuesday = whatever that remains is now marked down to $3 Wednesday = whatever that remains now is $2 Thursday = whatever that remains is now $1. On this day, something that costs you $12 if you bought it last Friday will now only cost you $1 to buy the same item ---IF it remains available for purchase. Clothes on this day often becomes "fill a whole bag for $20". Seriously a steal, if you find anything good to steal. So by Thursday, most of the stuff is sold out, only a few bins to browse through, while 3/4th of the warehouse is yellow-taped out for no-entry or no-browsing and will be made available the next day. But you seriously get the best pricing on Thursdays. I got a stack of quality 100% Egyptian cotton hand towels for $0.50 each. Even Regular priced items (on racks) were priced really good too. $6.99 Star Wars beach towels or $9.99 oversized beach towels, and $14.99 6 pc bamboo linen set just blew my mind. Definitely would return. Tips: There is an addition transaction fee charged for credit cards. No additional fees for cash/debit card. Plastic bag optional ($0.50). Fairly large parking lot in the back of the building. Shopping cart provided. Friendly owner. Merchandise sells out fast, new stuff all the time.

Which was super clean, well stocked, and organized. This is actually one of the cleanest Dollar Tree stores I have seen. Joshua had opened up another register, and there was only one person ahead of us in each line. GREAT TEAM WORK JOSHUA AND JESSIE!!!! And your customer service was A+++. The Mr. used the restroom (which Jessie walked him to), and he said it was really clean. And I found a different flavored Kit Kat (chocolate frosted donut). Which we will be trying for the first time. I'm excited. Joshua checked us out and was very personable. Jessie even complemented the Mr's outfit. The guys customer was very welcoming and top notch and we will be coming back to this Dollar Tree when we are back in the area.

I am very disappointed at the customer service. The young lady displayed. There was a section that…read morewas blocked off by the cash register, and that I thought you obviously you can't walk in there, but I walked by the section where there was bows which I intended to purchase with my toddler. She came up to me and told me I couldn't be there in a very rude way which I had apologized, and then she proceeded to tell me well can't you see like I was an idiot . I had told her I already apologize. What else do you want me to do and then she proceeded to try to touch my toddler to move her out of that section which I told her she better not put my hands on my daughter. she's lucky she didn't. I would've called the cops on her. I am very disappointed in the customer service received and I will not be coming back. I work as a manager and if a customer apologizes for an error then leave it at that . For this lady to try to talk to me like an idiot and then try to touch my kid was excessive. She didn't touch my toddler because things would've escalated very quickly and cops would've been called.
