Oh and this location also has an automatic car wash. *I actually worked here a decade ago and then the customer service level was top notch. I knew everyone's name. I'm happy to see that the staff is still friendly and still calls everyone by name. All the locations get "secret shopped" so they know better when an itch comes along to be rude. And they also try to beat pricing (even if it's only a few cents) by neighboring stores. With all that....your best bet for almost anything will have to be Mugg & Bopps! It's actually also a chain, but don't worry....family owned and they stick to small towns and villages to keep that special charm. You really can't find a nicer store! *my employment from 11 years ago has no impact on this review.

The store has a visually-attractive layout and is clean and well-organized. There are ample islands of produce, a large deli counter with lots of salad choices (including Middle Eastern items such as mjadra from Beirut Bakery), and appealing interior aisle displays. The store temperature is suitably cold to preserve your refrigerated and frozen foods as you wander. Why three stars? Prices are higher and selection less than at Kroger or Meijer. Still, it's a fine choice in the area.

I get to the register and I'm attempting to buy a white claw... The woman sees me, sees I need help and walks away to help someone else at customer service, which would be fine, BUT, she volunteers to grab a woman a cart... VOLUNTEERS. Great customer service for THAT person, but wildly bad service for anyone waiting at you scan. She saw me, and like four minutes into me waiting, she makes eye contact and mouths something to the effect of "just another minute" It took like four minutes to acknowledge I existed, but she clearly knew I'd been waiting a while.... MANY other employees walked by.... at least three, but apparently none were available or trained to jump in. She FINALLY came over.... A woman with salt-and-pepper curly hair. apparently I brought an expired license.... I'm past the age where you legally need to check. I'm in my mid-forties and look like I'm in my late forties. I rarely get carded, and this woman wouldn't sell me white claw. I will go back, but at whatever phase of my shopping I'm in, if I see this woman again, I will leave put perishables back and leave the remainder my cart or basket where it lies. The price point at Busch's is not cheap, but customer service can make it worth while. Without that customer service, there is no reason whatsoever to be there.

It's a cute, cozy mill with amazing cider, made in-house. This fall, I got their frozen cider and loved the cinnamon taste. I've also previously had their apple donuts which were nice and warm! I am certainly not denying the great selection of apple products- donuts, caramel dipped apples, cider, hard cider, and more. I am hoping it's a bad coincidence that in the last 3 years I have received rude customer service and want to give the benefit of the doubt to a family owned business. It always seems to be very busy whenever I go and I want to attribute the staff to being stressed or hot, however I do expect common courtesy wherever I go, even if it is busy. The staff threw my apples into a bag without care, grabbed my items from me in a frenzy to ring me up, and rushed me into a decision, all while not even thanking me for coming in or making eye contact. I observed this with other customers as well. I'm writing a review after visiting multiple times because it has been the same treatment every visit. I again, want to be as generous as I can to a local business because I love to visit places like this, but want to provide honest feedback on a place I enjoy!

We went early in the morning to get there before the crowds or the buzzing bees around the spills that happen outside when it's so busy mid morning on a Sunday. They can turn those sounds out from the kitchen so fast and hot before the line gets longer than the length if the building we bought enough to fill us up for the morning but took more to eat later too they are so fresh that even the next day we happily polished off the rest. My favorite are the cinnamon sugar and the cider hit. But they have cold cider as well and a case of random other pastries made there too. The apple fritters looked enticing and were selling fast but I can get those at home where nobody makes cider donuts like this! I hate missing even one year doing this but lucky we could fit it in this year They also cave a cute gift section. Specialty treats that range from maple syrup to fancy chips and spices line the walls. But I'm there for the cider and donuts. Staff is so quick and accommodating, a perfect vacation treat

They did know ahead of time exactly what they were moving. The more distressing thing is the condition of furniture that was put in storage. They did not plastic or blanket wrap antique wood furniture, or box lamp shades, so that we have several badly scratched table tops and a broken Tiffany glass lamp shade. They didn't even think to cover the floors moving furniture in and out in the middle of winter when they were going through slush to get to the trucks, and when I covered the entrance they kicked the covering aside and walked on the floor anyway.
