The only thing I can figure is because they run those 50% off sales often they figure that it's more of a value at 5 to 7 dollars but I personally think that's still too high NFL jerseys are priced between 30 and $100 each and again these are used jerseys some of them even have stains on them I would not call this a discount or thrift. I'm not even sure what to call it. Also, the racks are either a little bit too high or too low so you either are reaching up or bending down why not just get one rack that goes at high-level? Not a comfortable experience and again bargains are going to be hard to find.

Several employees, not assisting anyone, walked by us a few times, yet we were not greeted, welcomed in, nor asked if we needed assistance. I've found the furniture to be priced way too high for its quality and condition. Clothing selection is thin in my sizes, but I still come across a few things now and then that are worth the price to me. But household linens, hard goods, decorative items, etc., are still worth a careful look. I've picked up several beautiful vintage hand-painted china plates at good prices. And this store seems to usually have a good selection of good quality clear glass and crystal serving pieces, mostly at decent prices. And, to be honest, if something really strikes me, I'll still spend a couple dollars extra to take it home with me. The staff I've met have all been helpful and pleasant, even when customers are less than courteous.

Today I dropped off a pair a black huaraches tennis shoes on my lunch break (again that belong to my teenage daughter) that she could no longer fit that she hardly wore, they had to holes in them, the soles was not worn out, they had both shoe strings in the shoes if I could of fit them I would of kept them for myself. It was maybe thirty minutes after I dropped them off and made it back work I got a text that they completed items and to see one of the their team members for details. After work I go to the store and one the young cashiers told me unfortunately they will have to pass on my item because it was less than an average item they accept. I encourage anyone who shops at this store regularly or who wants to learn a little bit more about the company culture to read the pictures below, in order. And to be Frank, this actually involves two stores, and the online ordering system, making this a systemic issue with all of Rural King as a franchise. The culture promoted and tolerated within this franchise is disgusting and the lack of professionalism and business knowledge is wholly subpar. I genuinely have no idea how they are as successful and as big of a frandchise name as they are. I stop in here a few times a month- sometimes for essentials like milk, sometimes for snacks or quick things like greeting cards. I can regularly stock up on household items like detergent or toilet paper here pretty cheap if I watch for sales/ coupons. They also have their own coupon app. The cashiers vary in attitude- most are friendly, but a few act annoyed that you're there. Overall, I find this a handy store and I'm glad it's close to my home.

At this location, people often just "pay it forward" by passing on a cart to someone else rather than returning it for their quarter back.
