The employee ignored her and made a shushing motion with his fingers, and countinued to walk behind the pharmacy. She reported this to Customer Service Manager James, to which when she tried pointing the employee out from 500ft away, he cut her off citing "IT IS AGAINST STORE POLICY TO CONFRONT EMPLOYEES".... So anyway he tries to shut her up by saying "Uh we will check the cameras and get this figured out" I call Target to ask if anything happened (not asking for details) and was told he has to wait for an "AP" to check the cameras (guess security isn't on site?) I say that's fine, please call me back to confirm when the employee has been identified so atleast I know someone was talked too. He states we cannot provide personal information over the phone - and I respond by explaining | don't even want a name, or anything at all. I simply want to know that somebody was seen on the cameras, and action has been taken. I dont need any personal employee information. He cuts me off citing "we cannot debate over the phone" and hangs up on me in the middle of me asking "Should I call corporate?" In the end, my girlfriend was ignored by an employee, and it is more than obvious management does not care in the slightest. I will be filing a report with Corporate shortly.

This store is an unorganized mess right now. I am assuming they are moving everything around. In the meantime, refrigerated foods are in the front and in the middle of clothes and not sure what else. We used the self-checkout so service was not a factor today. Hopefully they get this store back in order soon, because right now, there does not appear to be a rhyme or a reason.

Even with many people shopping, the aisles were clean and easy to navigate. They had a good clearance section, too. Although some of the markdowns could have been better. The fitting rooms were clean. And they had extra help at the desk where you stop to have your clothes checked and receive your plastic number of the clothes you bring in to try on. There was a long line at the check out; however here too, they'd added extra cashiers to move the line fairly quickly. Good to know this store was here --especially since I found an outfit that I liked and it even wanted to come home with me.

Upon walking in, it was really clean and well stocked inside the store. A employee was kind enough to show me what they had available. Sadly, they only had a few girly cases left. The phone recently came out so they are constantly updating their stock when they receive more cases. I did purchase two of the screen protectors. Sadly, they are not glass ones and they were super cheap. My husband's was all messed up. We decided to just throw them away abd purchase different ones at Walmart. They did have a lot of cases and screen protectors for other phones as well. The store only has registers. I know that some updated five below stores have the new check out systems, but this one has not added them yet. The employees were still really fast at checking the guests out.
