I was in line for 15 mins with only 2 people in front of me. -Not sure how well they train their seasonal staff because our cashier was clueless about working the register, which is why we were waiting so long while the other lanes were moving quicker -It's a glorified "Family Dollar" with more items. Some items I could find cheaper at Walmart or even Target. Not sure if I can tolerate another visit to Big Lots. Not worth the stress.

This is where a lot of the wait time came in here. I was in line at one of the two registers open and it was moving slowly. I didn't mind the wait as the employees were doing their job. What was a bit off putting was the other customers. No one seemed to understand the concept of personal space. They were dropping items right next to you and just not understanding the words 'excuse me.'
