Worst location I've ever dealt with. Giorgio, the elderly Italian man who was working the front desk at the time of our pickup, is not just very slow, but also rude. By the time we had the car for our noon rental, it was 1pm. He was present at our return and didn't even give us the time to gather our belongings out of the car before he demanded the keys and began his painfully slow inspection of the car which was returned in flawless condition. During his inspection, he started wasting our time by inspecting our own belongings, moving them around without consent, before trying to play a gimmick and force me to sign something without even seeing what I was agreeing to. It was then revealed that he tried to charge me an additional day along with a late fee, even though we returned the vehicle within the grace period of the time we actually picked it up due to Giorgio's slow service. Giorgio was forcefully trying to force me to sign despite my dispute against his fraudulent additions to my rental agreement. When I asked for his name to make a formal complaint about it, he threw his hands up and told me to walk across the parking area into the office to get the card. Frustrated, I told him that my entire experience with them was poor and that I didn't feel treated like a valued premium status member. That's when he had his supervisor come over to speak with me. The supervisor wasn't friendly either but at least he wasn't Giorgio. I informed him of everything I mentioned above and that I was told it's ok to return the vehicle at the time I said due to the late pickup. He told me it was him who I spoke to on the phone the day before and from that conversation, to quote him: "No worries, just return it whenever you can." Prior to that, he tried to force me to return it before 11am (a couple priors to the agreed return) because he wanted to service the vehicle, even though there was no notifications for service or even a mention prior to pickup. After speaking to him, he said he would waive the extra day and late fee charge and not to worry about it. Lo and behold, the invoice I received says otherwise. If you want to be treated poorly despite your years of loyalty with Hertz and premium status, come here. If you want to get scammed, come here. Otherwise, you're better off paying a bit extra for a cab to the airport and getting it from people who are professional and have class. And to Giorgio, I sincerely hope you receive the training you require to have even basic manners with customers. You shouldn't be serving people with your rudeness and lack of professionalism. You're better off in an office behind a desk. read more
