I tried to swap out the battery at the store today because the package says that the battery has a 3 year warranty right on the packaging. And the customer service lady was very rude and snappy with me. Telling me that it's not their problem, and I need to contact the Hart company. She did nothing to try to help me out. A brand new battery for this lawnmower cost $216.00. That's almost as much as I paid for the lawn mower. Walmart is selling this stuff, but they don't stand behind the products that they're selling. I worked for walmart in the 90's, and they always stood behind the product's that sold, Whether you had a receipt or not. Now, this lady barely gave me the time of day when I have a real genuine concern. I will no longer purchase any cordless Hart brand tools from any walmart, if that's the way they're going to treat loyal customers. And i'm giving A; "NO STARS" rating, because that was a "PISS-POOR-EXCUSE" for customer service. I couldn't post my comment without tapping at least one star. The employees said they don't do oil changes at this location. They have very minimal furniture selection. Everything else is what you would expect from a Walmart. It appeared to be clean inside. BTW..they are remodeling so there is only 1 bathroom inside the store (by the front when you walk in). They did set up porta potty areas to the right of the entrance.
