All I got was an attitude from the guy on the phone and told to call Midea. I told him that the phone number doesn't work and he said "well, I don't know what to tell you". What is the point of purchasing from this vendor when they do not back up what they sell?!? I will never buy another product from this company! Midea "customer service" is absolutely the biggest run around I've ever been given! They have not returned my calls or done any sort of follow up. The customer service number is virtually out of order (in about 30 attempts to call, it has actually worked only twice).

Walked into this store while wandering around downtown and was pleasantly surprised. She was really friendly and gave me a bit of info about the slime she sells in the store. I honestly have never touched slime, the closest I've gotten is seeing it on IG but I've always wanted to touch it. I know, sounds weird but it's slime... it's made for touching! She showed me 3 different versions which were out on display for customers to experience. There was beginner, intermediate and advanced slime. She explained that the consistencies were different in each one and for younger (not slime aficionados, haha) the beginner was the best option due to its consistency. I decided I'd try all three and could definitely tell the difference. Some were more like slime sand and others ultra silky slime, very cool! Finally! I got to play with what I'd seen on IG for the last 2 years, yayeeeeeee (insert super happy emoji). She also showed me candles that were on display, all the different soaps on the specialty soap table as well as all of the other slimes that came in various colors, scents and with different things to mix into it (glitter, rubber ducks, little toys, etc.) as well as pointed out the different levels of what each slime was. I'll def be back, I just have to figure out what scent and toys I want first, it was a bit of sensory overload for a firstie. When I need a lil slime in my life, this is where I'll get it fo sho :)

Last time I was in Chef'store I purchased bone in, skin on thighs, they were about the size of pigeon thighs, couldn't serve those to guests. They no longer carry a LOT of things that the old Cash n Carry use to have. 10 pound bag of onions was a pretty decent price, but the yellow onions in that bag were really small, not medium to large like the old Cash n Carry. I'll be sticking with CostCo from now on to purchase what I need, more of a variety, better quality, and priced more reasonably, even WITH the membership fee.

I have always heard good things about Ginnos. I moved recently and was looking for new appliances…read more I did some research before and went to look at a refrigerator in person. The man that helped me was super dismissive and treated me like I knew nothing. Also he acted like I was an annoyance to his day. He did nothing to actually assist me. I went to Home Depot after to pick up some small items and walked through the appliance section. The gal there was super helpful and took the time to answer questions and look up a few things for me. I ended up buying the refrigerator from her. Customer service is important especially if you sell the same items that another local store sells. When it's time for other appliance I will go back to Home Depot first.

Been going to the soda fountain for over 40 years. The Rusty Chandelier is the name for the…read moreformer Lassen Drug. My friends and family have also been going here for 40+ years. Once ownership changed, the service went downhill. For the past several years, we kept given it another try and another chance - always leaving feeling sad for the old fountain, and the sweet teens that worked hard and were kind, the wait was always worth it. Unfortunately the owner, and this isn't a one time thing, but every year since opening, our family and friends have repeatedly been treated rudely. I used to think maybe she was having a bad day...but it keeps happening. You end up feeling like you're in the way, unwanted, or wasting her time. I used to think it won't last ....they will be out of business.....it's 2026 and it's still open. This is the 1st year we didn't go. :( The recipes are different - shakes are smaller and you get treated poorly. Might be better off going to Jeffroes produce for a shake, or pine shack frosty. I hope things will improve at the Rusty, but for now it's not worth dealing with the owner. I hope she gets better. The feedback is very consistent. RIP Lassen Drug.
