This attitude is unprofessional and does not endear customers to the store. Even when corporate visits the stores, they act and present themselves as if their only concern is making more money. This is a far cry from the days when supermarkets cared about customers and the quality of food they sold. It is a shame that customer service has been sacrificed for corporate greed.

When they posted their menu to Facebook there was your typical fare of sandwiches, burgers and hotdogs but also scratch made soups and some other interesting additions. Empanadas, tacos as well as pernil are all on the menu. Pernil, a slow roasted pork shoulder, is a celebration and special occasion staple in Puerto Rico and Puerto Rican homes usually served with arroz con gandules. My wife got the empanadas and I ordered the pernil and arroz con gandules. All was excellent, fresh and a wonderful change of pace to other dining options. The pernil was warmed on the griddle which gave it a fabulous crisp that complimented the rich flavor. On a return lunch trip we called ahead to pick up the order while working from home. Our order was waiting for us which was empanadas, including their bacon cheeseburger special (they also make breakfast variants), chicken salad sandwich with potato salad and their vegan butternut squash 'bisque'. The chicken salad was clearly homemade and the sandwich was a generous size. The sandwich included a side (potato salad, my choice) making it a good value. The butternut squash soup was excellent - very thick and there seemed to be noticeable apple bits that complimented the soup wonderfully. The staff was attentive and, while still getting their processes worked out, they were friendly and clearly committed to beginning good business and community members. The only quirk was that we had to order at the front at the main register and pickup in the back, with the posted menu being in the back. I'm certain this will be something that gets worked out over time. The store offers a lot of local products from Mountain Dairy through Hosmer Mountain soda. We are looking forward to going back to supporting them!

The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it was clear that respect and basic courtesy were not a priority here. Walmart needs to address this kind of conduct immediately. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, with professionalism and dignity -- not with bias or hostility. Until changes are made, I won't be returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need to stop hiring kids with the same ugly hair cuts.

We're always mindful to get out before closing. They were already cleaning the floors and they were waiting for me to move so they could clean the spot I was standing in. It made me feel super uncomfortable as I was rushing to find the item I was looking for (which they ended up not having). And one of the workers was loudly yelling every few minutes how many minutes there were until closing. I definitely got the feeling that I wasn't welcome there!

I called BJ's tire center and the said I had a pro rated coverage..which I know to be an industry standard. I go to BJ's to pay my portion and ordered the tire because it was out of stock. When the tire came in, I went to drop my car off, and they asked for my BJ's card. Well, it had expired and I had no plans to renew. They refused to mount the tire, or give it to me to do myself without a valid membership. Now, when I bought the tires there was no mention of continued membership to facilitate the warranty! A warranty is a warranty. It should have nothing to do with my membership. I had to go to the counter and renew my membership to get my warranty tire. I think that's a form of extortion.
