I was not rude at all and then she started saying well maybe people have health etc. well maybe my mom just died. Lots of people have issues, but you don't have to be ugly to people about it and if you gave me $1 million I would not buy one candle there in fact I would not do anything with this company ever I have been involved with small business owners 600,000 for 30 years and I have never met anyone so rude and so poor in customer service.

This Kohl's is located as the anchor store at The East-Brook Mall. The store is laid out nicely, my only complaint is I wish their men's department was larger, with a better variety of shirts and casual pants.
