I come here regularly because this location is convenient for me. It is in a shopping plaza with a…read moreclothing store, a gym, a Chuck E Cheese, a Harbour Freight and a Big Lots. It is like most Dollar Trees. You can find party goods, kids stuff, stationary, kitchenware, some electronic items, food items, health and beauty items, etc. This location also has refrigerated food items unlike other locations I've been in. Most of the girls that work there are pretty friendly and helpful. But the last time we were in, which wasn't the usual time I stop in, the girl on the register wasn't very friendly and acted like she really didn't want to be there. Since it is a busy store, I'm not always able to find what I need. They have quite a turnover of popular items and sometimes you aren't able to get things you need all the time. The parking is okay depending on the busy times of the other businesses in the plaza. I've had a few occasions where I've had to really looking for a decent parking spot. Other than those few things, it is a decent place to shop.

I was in here around the beginning of April to pick up some paper plates for Easter plus a few…read moreodds/ends and I had THE worse experience in this store ever! The store was messier than usual, hard to find stuff (only plastic or styrofoam here plus no Easter plates at all), hard to get through & around the aisles which was worse than usual, etc. You get the point. I did find some utensils, fun pens, socks, etc so it kinda made up for not finding all the other stuff I was looking for other than the plates. As I waited in the endless long line cuz as usual only 2 people at the registers for a weekend day (guess we were lucky to have 2 people), I couldn't believe that the cashier in my line was taking her time ringing up the customers cuz she was busy talking (more like yelling at) to a child (son perhaps?) with a man both standing near the front window. Okay, fine, I'll deal, I wasn't in a rush. Well, when she finally started ringing me up, she started automatically bagging my items. She never asked if I wanted them bagged like I've experienced at other stores and I had already put my own personal bag at the end of the counter which i opened up so I could be handed the items as they were each rung up. So I finally said "I have my own bag" and with a huge huff, she took all the items out of the store bag and literally kept them in her hand as she rang up more items which she then shoved into her already full hand until it seemed she was good and ready to hand them to me and all the while continuing her conversation with the guy & child at the window. She then shoved what she had in her hand into mine which didn't give me a good chance to organize them into my own bag so some items weren't crushed. She did the same thing with the rest of my items. I was still really nice to her as I've worked at registers myself in the past. After I paid her, I had to ask her for my receipt as she was already ringing up the next customer and again with the huff, she ripped it out of the register and threw it at me! Don't care what kind of day you had, are having or hate your job, you should always be nice to customers especially when they've been (extremely) nice to you. Was she mad she had to work that day? Was she mad she couldn't charge me for a store bag? Was she mad that the guy & child were there? Who knows but I won't be going back to this store again. I'll drive all the way to the Cheshire store where it's cleaner, neater, better stocked and much nice cashiers! I would've been fired immediately at my past jobs if I ever treated customers so rudely and/or had people hanging at the register talking to me while I was busy ringing people up. Guess this branch is that desperate for cashiers!

Screw the Hallmark Store, they charge top buck for cards and more than half of their cards are made in China. Also I get Party Helium Balloons from there too. When I ordered the balloons the staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager of the store seems very pleasant when I see him.

Every section I went into was organized and well stocked. I saw alot of cool items I've never seen in my area. I loved the flip flops but I didn't want to check the price. I was getting some cups and bowls and they had a great selection. There was only 1 register open but there wasn't a long line. The cashier was very kind. I witnessed someone score some 2c items. It was a bunch of 3d holographic stickers. There was a bunch of Easter and Spring designs. He must've purchased them all because there were no more when I went to check. He had a big bag and only spent a few dollars. I was inspired to check out the app to start finding items. The cashier was so sweet and did a great job bagging up my glassware. I would recommend this location and I will be back again.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with feces all over the outside of the toilet, dried black urine all over the floor. The sink is black from grime. I realize people are not hired to clean bathroom and perhaps it is u pleasant to do so. However, it is a restroom for patrons to use and should be kept at a minimum somewhat sanitary. I spoke to the manager who I mention to the condition of the bathroom and shrugged it off and seemed annoyed. For those with children, kindly beware of the germs in their bathrooms During this Pandemic, we are trying our to stay Sanitized, and be conscious of ways to stay healthy.
