Then the associate put that person on hold, finished ringing up my items and had me pay. Then instead of helping me bag up my items, the associate talked to the person on the phone. Meanwhile I'm still bagging up my stuff, the associate hung up the phone and then proceed to start the next person in line, while I'm still bagging up my stuff. I said "it would be nice to have help bagging up my stuff". The associate ignored me. So done with ocean state in Seymour! Never again shopping there. Why is it that phone calls get more entitlement then current paying customers?

**Customer Review for Dollar General in Oxford on 11/9**…read more I had a disappointing experience at the Dollar General store in Oxford on November 9th. I went in to purchase a few items: an Airwick warmer, two Airwick refills, a Febreze plug refill, and Palmolive dish soap. There was a coupon for $4.00 off the Airwick warmer, which was priced at $4.00, so I expected that to work perfectly. The Airwick refills were $6.25 each with a buy one, get one free deal, or so I thought. When I checked out, I noticed my receipt showed that the coupon for the warmer only took off $3.23, and the buy one, get one deal didn't translate correctly, taking off just $5.05. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, Sherri, who claimed that nothing is free and that I would have to pay something. She said it was a system error and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak with a manager, only to find out that Sherri was the manager. She informed me that the only option I had was to contact the corporate office for assistance. When I asked for the contact details, she struggled to find the information and suggested I "Google it." While I did end up reaching out to corporate, they acknowledged it was an error on their part and were surprised to hear that the manager couldn't help resolve the issue. They promised to send a gift card for the difference, but I wasn't interested in a gift card; I wanted my money back in my original payment method. Overall, the customer service was lackluster and far from friendly. Because of this frustrating experience, I won't be shopping at Dollar General again. I hope they can improve their training for both cashiers and managers in the future.

The store will order any piece you want though and have it sent there. That is, if you have the money..NOT CHEAP! :) I just found it very cool to look at the art. Go take a peek..
