I then sent a regular letter via mail requesting feedback. Zero response. I wasn't looking for exceptions to begin with, but why offer if you aren't going to back it up? I'm not sure how you simply ignore a customer, but that appears to have taken place here.

Now their Bacon, Egg and cheese on a hard roll left much to be desired. More BREAD than egg and bacon....You could barely see it from the side, let alone taste anything. I was sadly disappointed in their excuse for a breakfast sandwich. It lacked style, ingredients and flavor. This brings us over to their Apple Crisp! Fresh apples, cinnamon and granola goodness that made up for the horrible breakfast sandwich. Each bite of the crisp sent harps my way to play me a melody of tasty treats.
