If the system pings you to tell you that your drugs are ready, then the system is flawed because when you get there you can stand there until one of them decides to stop counting and issuing the medicines to people who are not even in the store yet. It's enough that you have to leave a message now and by the time they return it you are away from your information that you need to bring forth to them. this store cannot keep up with the demand and rising clientele, their priorities is to issuing and not selling therefore you stand and or wait in line in your vehicle that's what I think can improve as well as a couple of the workers attitudes.
