Brandon! Learn how to be better at your work. You look like a quiet introvert, but if you want to keep making money learn how to communicate with people. If you had time to explain to the customer behind me what is going on with MY transaction then you had time to do your job correctly. It seemed as if you were willing to steal money by not telling me I had change. I don't appreciate your work. I had a long day and you made it worse. This is a learning experience. Practice talking to your customers with care and not being weird and unhelpful. I watched 2 other transactions and you somehow managed to need help on them all. It was your ineffective communication that led to your manager needing to help you find resolve. Walgreens work on hiring people that actually work. read more

I was having trouble finding the Advil PM. I found the Advil, but not the Advil PM. Becky spotted me and asked if she could help me find something. When I told her what I was looking for, she told me they had the Advil PM in a different section and took me to it. After that, I asked where the eye drops were. She took me straight to them and offered her opinion on which ones she recommended when I asked. She was very friendly, knowledgable and personable. I felt like I was talking to an old friend who just happened to work at Walgreens, even though I'd just met her. THAT is the sort of thing that will keep me coming back to the store. I believe she mentioned that they had closed the store at Broadway and Houghton and she had just started at the Golf Links store. My opinion is the Golf Links store gained a valuable asset. read more

My Last 2 Prescription's for My Pill's were $26.99 at a Different Location. I refilled them here. I got a Phone call that they were ready for pick up for 26.99. Got a Email on my Computer that the Price was 26.99. went to Pick up they Charged Me $60.76. when asked about it James Rudely Stated that was the Price and what ever. Not one to usually review a convenience store, however, this store deserves it! After a long day at work, I decided to head on over to my local Walgreens. There is one closer to me from my home of residence, but I decided to visit this location. Now I'll never go any where else. The store is very clean and well kept. Can't say much of that in regards of the, earlier mentioned, closer, Walgreens location. The store is nicely lit and very cheerful with the festive holiday music playing at a rather pleasant volume. Everything nicely organized and items actually placed in the right area. Never was I confused about an item matching the price label. Had a couple of questions about a some products that were sufficiently and thoroughly explained by one of the staff. I believe her name was Josie. If you need help, she will make sure you are assisted to her utmost ability. I've visited a couple of Walgreens stores before but this has been the best I've ever given my business. I'll surely go here again. Definitely worth the little bit longer drive to get there. Thank you for putting a little pride in your store! Something many establishments have lost touch in. read more

This concerns the pharmacy. I have only used it twice at this location and both times the staff at the pharmacy was very uncaring and bordering on rude. I should be able to ask a question about a prescription costing $72 for 10 pills without be treated like I had no right to ask if that was the price after insurance. It really takes no more time to be pleasant, but it makes me wonder about management when employees treat customers this way. Is is working conditions or the fact they don't expect more from those that represent their chain? Take note Walgreens, customers are noticing and speaking up. read more

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens to get prescriptions at! That staff were absolutely rude the red headed guy is dry no personality Rude! The head pharmacist middle-aged blonde woman has no personality she is rude and the Middle Eastern lady is exactly the same! Every time I go in there a problem with your prescription you'll be told you cannot use the GoodRx app even though your medication is on it! the only nice person there was a little Asian girl I believe her name was Sally she was very sweet very kind. Not having insurance I filled a prescription for 3 months that equals about $300! I advised them I did not have insurance I didn't have that kind of money and still they did not let me know until after I purchased the prescriptions that I only could have purchased one month at a time! That would have been helpful to know before I dropped $300! I asked if there was any kind of other discount option and was given a nasty look by the head pharmacist they are not sympathetic not helpful you are best to drive 20 miles out of your way for your prescriptions read more

The one star is for the staff outside the pharmacy. Those staff outside the pharmacy make this store the only reason to go inside. The pharmacy staff, on the other hand, could not possibly care less about their patients. They don't even try to pretend that they do. I would love to say that this is based on a single experience, but it has been based in many experiences. I hope this isn't a Walgreens wide mentality, as I will be trying to find a better Walgreens pharmacy. I'd go back to CVS if it weren't for the fact that Tricare switched us. read more
