There is a back room of beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Right when you walk in are souvenirs and other beachy gift items. There is a health and beauty aisle in case you forgot to pack an over-the-counter medicine, need suntan lotion or bug spray. And don't forget the toy aisle, it also is pretty extensive. I could not for the life of me figure out why I couldn't connect my power washer, any of it. I went to Hands out of frustration (even though I got it at Home Depot) the fellow working clearly knew what he was doing and spent probably 10 minutes and told me the connections were a little worped and rusted. Instead of trying to sell me a new one, he taught me that adding a little lubraderm to the joints would make them fit. And he assembled it for me. He wouldn't even take a tip, saying they are not that kind of store and asked me to add a little to the plate at church. Another time I needed some replacement screws and couldn't figure out how to match them exactly. A different person spent 5 minutes not just finding the right screw for me but showing me how to use the equipment they had at the store to do it myself. Another time I needed a replacement outside table. Yet another person spent a lot of time with me listening to what I wanted and my time frame (fast) to try to find me a table that had in stock. Yes, this would have been a pretty big sale for them, but he was really trying to understand my needs and alternatives to make me happy with whatever I purchased. Always friendly, epic service!
