And don't get me started on those stupid things with other products on it within the aisle that you have to maneuver around -- I think they have enough space on the shelves since most of the time it's empty... While I poke fun at the empty shelves, I do feel like this giant eagle at least has more stuff and it's bigger in nature. The manager apologized but the person would be back at 1 pm. I could not wait because of another meeting I had. I said that is not good customer service, that someone in the store should be able to take the return. At 10 minutes to 1pm I had to leave with the item, and would return the next day. I understand someone taking a break, but there should be someone ( manager) should be able to help. I do not shop there very often and will do even less now.
