This location has an excellent selection across just about every food category. There was plenty of fresh produce, canned goods, bulk grains and rice, dairy products, beverages, and much more. I also discovered something I'd never seen before: Walking Tamales. They looked like an interesting alternative to the typical energy bar, which often seems loaded with sugar and other sweeteners. The people at checkout were friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant shopping experience. I'd definitely stop back the next time I'm in the area.

I got the best brewed coffee of the day there (impressive considering I stopped at two different coffee shops beforehand) and also purchased a package of pita chips and hummus that were made in Eau Claire-the pita chips were spectacular-the best I've ever had, and the hummus was good too. I opened the hummus pack last night with the idea of only eating a few, but couldn't stop myself until half of it was gone. So crispy, crunchy, yet airy and light.

I will buy Kellog's brand instead. Their version has soft, easily edible raisins. Surely Family Fresh can come up with raisins that are easily chewed.

As someone who lives in MN and can't get alcohol at the Aldi stores here, this has become one of my…read morefavorite Aldi locations. Everything else is like standard Aldi stores, but this one has a small alcohol section. I have been to other WI Aldi that have a bit larger selection, but I'm not going to drive 3 hours to Stevens Point; the half hour drive to River Falls is enough. I enjoy the selection of alcohol they have here, prices are reminiscent of Trader Joe's. The Winking Owl brand of wine are similar to 3 Buck Chuck. I don't think any have been more than $3. Kinroo Blue beer also similar to Blue Moon. If you have a little extra time for a quick drive, this is an Aldi to hit up.

We found everything we were looking for, including fresh fruit, chips, deli items, and beverages. The selection was good, and the prices seemed reasonable. The employees at checkout were friendly and helpful, making for a quick and easy stop. A great place to pick up everything you need for a picnic or a meal on the go.

This is now Ptaecks Liquor and hopefully they will get some friendlier staff...the women who work…read morethere are so rude and when you walk in they give you that feeling that they don't even want you there. We were hoping when Ptaecks took over some of the staff would change because we know they pride themselves on a friendly helpful staff. Some people are not meant for customer service and there are at least 2 women who work there who are not good for your business. Please Ptaecks if you see this review make staff changes at your liquor store. The grocery store employees are very friendly.
