Wow! My bad for putting this place off the radar for so long. It has been at least 10+ years since…read moreI stepped foot here and just yesterday I went to the HP location and fell in love so I ventured to the Roseville location today. Roseville is extremely well organized, large, and carries a wide variety of furniture. The parking can be tricky as this location is connected to other neighboring stores but you will find one even if you have to circle a few times. The value can be hit or miss but many of the items I bought have been fairly priced. While I haven't brought any consignment items in to sell, I may consider it in the future as a new hobby. The service was very kind and helpful. Overall, if you are seeking any type of clothing just know you can easily find something as everything is color coded. Enjoy!!

I recently purchased two chairs from the Roseville Turnstyle Store. At the time of purchase I asked…read morehow many days do I have if I want to return the chairs. I was told 6 days. Two days later I bring in my receipt and say that I've changed my mind. The young woman at the cash register put the money back on my debit card. Equaling $690.00. I went back to return the $5 coupon purchase items purchase cards from making that purchase. Another woman was there talking to the woman that checked me out. She said you were supposed to give her only store credit. I said. Oh my gosh. Then another young woman says rudely "It says so on the receipt". After experiencing this, I'm not sure if I'll ever purchase anything from there again. And when you're purchasing over $100 worth of items, you should be told by the person checking you out, that you can return items for up to 6 days and you will be given STORE CREDIT ONLY. This policy needs to be revised. It is very unfair, unprofessional, and dishonest to the customers. Thank you for this opportunity. Peace

Manager Mike Called the police on a innocent Black woman:…read more This morning around 9:10 a.m., I went into the Dollar Tree at 1121 Larpenteur Ave W, Roseville, MN 55113. I was on FaceTime with a friend and placed her on hold as I walked to the cashier to show the backpack I brought with me. I clearly explained that I had it for donations to Jamaica, and the cashier acknowledged and verbally agreed that it was okay. To be sure there was no confusion, I repeated myself three times and received clear confirmation each time. I then walked around the store in good spirits--talking with other customers and staff, browsing the aisles to find the right items to pack. I didn't have a purse or anything else with me, just the backpack. Around 9:30 a.m., I was unexpectedly approached by the police and told to leave because I was allegedly trespassing. No information or explanation was provided to me on why this report was made. Situations like this raise questions about customer rights and how policies are applied. Under Minnesota trespassing law (Minn. Stat. § 609.605), a person commits trespass only if they enter or remain on property without consent or after being told to leave. In this case, I entered with explicit staff consent--confirmed multiple times--and complied immediately when asked to leave. This kind of incident can create a harmful and confusing experience for community members acting in good faith, especially when trying to do something positive like organizing donations. I'll be tagging Dollar Tree (Roseville, MN - 1121 Larpenteur Ave W, Store #3036) to bring awareness to what happened and hopefully encourage a review of how situations like this are handled. Consumers deserve respect and fair treatment -- especially when we're engaging with honesty and kindness.

I asked him if I could do an exchange? Should I go grab the new items? I came back up with my new purchases and asked him if I should go get in line? He offered to do my transaction @ the last register. Seamless transaction... thank you so much for the friendly and fast service, sir!
