I'm giving them a zero for reading.. I purchased a $500 pallet from BinSconsin in Eau Claire, WI, expecting a selection of returned items from major retailers suitable for Christmas gifts for my five grandchildren. What I received was far from a pallet; it was a poorly packaged box filled with unusable junk, missing parts, and not a single electronic item as advertised.
The items appeared to be cherry-picked, with all valuable products removed, leaving only unsellable leftovers. The packaging was unprofessional; a genuine pallet should be properly wrapped, not thrown into a box.
When I contacted BinSconsin to address these issues, they refused to offer an exchange or any form of assistance. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to rectify the situation is both unprofessional and disheartening, especially during the holiday season.
I feel betrayed and deeply disappointed, having lost $500 and now unable to provide Christmas presents for my grandchildren. I urge potential customers to avoid BinSconsin and their so-called pallets or mystery boxes, as they are misleading and not worth the investment.
If anyone else has had similar experiences with this business, I encourage you to share your story. It's unacceptable for a company to take advantage of customers, especially during the holidays. read more
