Great Service at Giant Pharmacy!…read more I had such a great experience with the pharmacy staff at Giant and wanted to recognize them for truly going above and beyond. I was looking for a specific prescription that can be difficult to find, and the pharmacist took the time to check and was able to help me. When my doctor sent the prescription over, she noticed that the dosage didn't look correct. Instead of simply filling it, she personally contacted my doctor's office to verify it and make sure everything was right. I really appreciated that level of attention and care. When I checked out, the pharmacist even took extra time to sign me up for a program that would earn me additional points and discounts through the store. She explained everything thoroughly, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It's not often you receive this level of personal service anymore, and I was incredibly impressed. Thank you to the pharmacist and the entire Giant Pharmacy team for taking such good care of me. I replied by saying yes. The man was efficient at scanning the items of the first order. However, as soon as the items of the second order were scanned, he carelessly proceeded to scan the items of the third and final order. Examining this, I quickly told the cashier that I needed to pay for the second order before checking out the third. Instead of apologizng and admitting fault, Jonathan scolded me for not physically separating the orders, which was untrue. P.S.: The cashier damaged one of the items of the second order.

Everyone speaks good English; is a big plus. I'm Filipino but my Tagalog is not good. Also they have Korean rice which is what I prefer. This is my go to store now and I've stopped going to other Asian/Filipino stores in the area.
