Lackadaisical…read more I am (was) a loyal customer to this branch. My purchases would include 5 spicy chicken tenders w/fries, along with 3 cans of Natural Light. I would purchase this combination of items almost every day. I would constantly deal with this white cashier, who would also ask for ID. Now, here me out. There is nothing wrong with a seller of alcohol asking a buyer of alcohol for his ID. I always presented my driver's license to the lady. However, one day, I got tired of checking out the beer first. Instead, I checked out the food, telling the cashier that I would check out the beer/show ID after ringing up the 5 spicy chicken tenders with fries. She ignored me and checked out only the food. I explained how I wanted to purchase the beer as well, and the cashier scolded me in a condescending manner, stating that I would have to pay for the alcohol. Cofused and embarassed, I quickly apologized and moved on to pick up my food. I walked to the food area to pick up my 5 spicy chicken tenders with fries. There, another white employee ignored me as I explained what had happened to the cashier. He walked away, shunning me. He came back and asked, "What did you get?" After being confused and embarassed a second time, I defensively responded, "You tell me. I have been coming here every day now..." It was soon afterwards that the employee hastily prepared my order. You think whatever you want. The point here is that these two employees made me feel like I was not a valuable customer. Don't pay people to disrespect you.

If you need help finding something there is usually a helpful employee nearby who is able to help you. Their prices are just OK-- this is not Aldi. Would have given them 5 stars but this place consistently have their ad come out and they do not have items that are stated to be there but aren't. I do not live that close to this location but enjoy the items they post I would love to be able to get if they start being more consistent with the ad. Unlike Aldi's they do allow you to call and get answered by a call center but sometimes they really aren't as helpful as someone would like. Some of the prices aren't that great but their are some products that are greatly priced. They have some German brands that are cheaper than you would find at Walmart or other big box stores. Their can goods are super cheap. I cook my dogs food and I usually by fresh veggies but to stock up I get them can veggies since they have them ranging from .30-.70 cents per can. I am not too sure on their meats due to never buying them but I do know the family pack of turkey meat is cheaper at Aldis (purchase that for my pups as well!). If you love juices, such as orange juice and others, they have pretty good prices. The eggs are fair as well. I did notice when they have special advertisements such as toys, clothing and other home items of it doesn't sell by a certain point they have a clearance section of mark downs. So check that out! All in all I enjoy this store just hope they can do better with getting the products they advertise in their ads. Make sure you sign up for their app so you can get rewards to use at the store!
