If Shop Rite management can't get their act straight and focus on customer service, they won't see any more of my business. Here is a suggestion: have back-up checker capability. What a novel idea. Have an assistant manger open a register: or have one of the employee shoppers open a register. Management obviously does not care about customers. My cashier was a middle-aged African American woman who was friendly and smiled while checking me out. I also needed help in the electronics section from an employee I believe was named Sue. She was very empathetic and acknowledged me right away, so I didn't mind waiting for her to finish with another customer. Service was good all around.

They're not even using the "Martin's BIG Potato Rolls" just the small regular ones.
