We were waiting in a check out line that was nearly 40 ft long. When I asked the manager (who was the checker at the time) if he could call another checker, he announced that they have no other checkers even though there were several employees stocking shelves and one using his cell phone. It wasn't even the fact that the other employees were available but the particular tone that the so called manager exibited when telling myself and the customers in line this blatant lie. Patrons should not have to experience such bad service from retail stores intened to serve the community

Found an employee who explained they hadn't been accepting furniture for the last two and a half years and that if they have any it'll be behind that wall and she pointed in a direction with two walls it could be behind, one that was beyond plastic with what seemed like workers in it. Since we'd already been beyond one wall with no furniture, I wanted to clarify which wall but she was done "helping" and just walked away. When I tried to ask, she just kept walking. As I was walking toward the plastic portioned walk, another employee heard me tell my husband that the first employee was rude and she asked if I needed help. It's nice to have a chain supermarket that has weekly specials and sales. The food quality when it comes to produce, bakery, and meats is all good. The customer service is good, as long as you can find a staff member to help. (Many of them are retrieving online orders). The store itself is pretty clean and is arranged in a fairly easy to navigate fashion. I'm sure I'll be back, especially for those $5 Friday deals and specials!

Then you have to take the 6 bags into the store to the customer service desk at the end of all the checkout lanes wait for someone who can actually provide the "service". While shoppers check out your piles of plastic, glass and aluminum. That all adds up to maybe 5 dollars that won't buy a gallon of fuel.
