The regular prices are higher than Walmart but the product quality and selection are generally better as well so it balances out nicely. I went in today to get a small item and check out the selection on another category of item. Picked up what I went in for and spotted something that my daughter would love for her birthday. Then I got to the checkout. It appears that corporate really wants everyone to use the self checkout because you are only allowed to go through the regular checkout if you are paying with cash. I don't carry cash for many reasons and dislike having to ring up my own purchases. Until corporate gives up on forcing people to use self checkout I, unfortunately, will be shopping elsewhere.

The sales man was not only rude in tone but also insulting and unknowledgeable about the products.. I do not reside in this city so i could not help my Mother in person, she had me on face-time. (For a short background she visited me recently and loved my daughters "Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Norman 12" Medium Mattress" which retails at 1400. She didn't like my Purple Hybrid Premier 3 Mattress which retails over 2500) The salesmen first said the Sealy was cheap and they only carry high end mattress and as the purple which is one of the best brands on the market was "eww gross"When asked for comparison to a Hybrid Similar to the Sealy mentioned (since you guys do carry sealy brand) that also is designed for back sleepers he was annoyed with my questioning. I explained that budget was not an Issue that comfort for my elderly mother was. He ignored her the rest of the visit, after stating "thank God i wasn't coming in.. " Needless to say we will be purchasing the Sealy Posturepedic Summer Rose 13" Medium Euro Pillow Top Mattress from MATTRESS FIRM!! Although this store had it in-stock the salesmanship and customer service displayed her does not deserve our money
