Costco is typically known for exceptional customer service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The customer service at the Membership Services desk was the worst we've encountered at any Costco. The employees we interacted with were unhelpful, lacked knowledge of Costco's policies and procedures, and did not handle our issue professionally. As long-time members, we expect a higher level of service. We hope corporate management provides additional training so future members receive the outstanding customer experience that Costco is known for.

Target is my go-to, tried and true. When I am sick and don't want to leave the house -let alone walk around a store- Target is there for me. When I'm entertaining the following morning and remember at 9pm that I am out of coffee, Target is there for me to drive on up until 11pm. Target recently introduced their delivery service which I'm extremely tempted to sign up for! The service is only $50.00 annually for students, or $100.00 annually for non-students. Is $50.00 a year worth saving the 20-minute drive multiple times a week? YES!!!
