i waited in line for 30 minutes to find out that a prescription that had been ordered 2 hours earlier hadn't been filled. staffing levels are obviously low but having people wait for no reason is unacceptable. It has become so very obvious that CVS could not care any less about patients much less fulfilling prescriptions correctly. Their website information is uber unreliable and now a chat bot captures callers in an endless goose chase spitting out the same worthless and unreliable information I am while on the call staring at online and is designed to prevent patients from contacting the pharmacy to determine which information online is truth or lies and lies are most common. Such patient NONSERVICE unequivocally shows zero integrity. If your life depends on your doctor-prescribed medication, good luck getting it at CVS. read more

Well I used to get my medications from them but they NO LONGER FILL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. It seems they lost their license and cannot fill them for a while. The word on the street is some of the staff members were shorting customers and keeping them for themselves or for their side businesses. The same thing happened to me in CVS Santa Rosa. I wish this CVS had a drive through as it is tedious to stand in the vitamin/laxative aisle and wait behind mean constipated locals with nasty stares wearing yoga pants over their depends. Honestly useless and I would give them a 0 if I could. This is the only pharmacy that can carry my prescription and it's a battle every month to get it. Today she refused to even call my doctor, who they have a number for if someone needs to reach him outside of office hours, so now I'll have to spend money on another blood work to even get my prescription called in again. The customer service is there. They are really nice and kind so I would give them that. But saddly what lost it for me was that I waited over an hour,for one medicine with no line. The pharmacy personnel under pressure re some of the new laws re opiates. They say they are refusing to fill the rx's. Am an RN and just did some continuing ed on the subject. Kmart pharmacy has closed so there is only Safeway. Hopefully, they are less judgmental. If you are tender hearted, I suggest you bring a healthcare advocate with you. The Pharmacy clerk today who was dressed as a slutty sailor, absolutely gave no shits today. There was a line out the door and she was irritated that people were irritated. She moved extremely slow, maybe because the fish net nylons were restricting the blood flow on her large legs. It took me 30 minutes to get to the counter and I was third in line. I appreciate the staff at this location. They offer help on the floor without even being asked. Very professional and helpful as possible. The store is clean. Prices are good. Pharmacy staff are amazing. I hope they are getting their breaks. They've clearly gotten very efficient, I don't know how they handle that nonstop pace. Employees seem happy and helpful regardless of the pace of work and the heavy exposure to the rude and pushy elderly who've lost their manners or the mentally ill intent on making scenes there. That's just what I know I've seen these employees put up with more gracefully than I know I could've been when I worked in retail in KCMO. read more

Been going to this pharmacy for years, and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. Sometimes there are pretty long lines. The only thing that bothers me is that sometimes someone will walk up to get their prescription and also pay for store items which holds up the line considerably. Store purchases should be paid through the cashier in front and not the pharmacy. read more

Everyone thing else about this place is good except the pharmacy. I filled out my info twice because they lost the first I dropped off my pill bottle to be refilled then called back a week later, the prescription wasn't filled and they couldn't find me anywhere on file. Then asked me if I knew the number to the pharmacy I was transferring from(I did not) and acted like it was impossible to look up the number themselves. I left mad, frustrated, and needing my medicine. I'm not sure if the staff has short term memory loss or just very disorganized. read more

I always get really good deals here. It is also a very clean and organized store, and they get different inventory all the time. They have really good store brand cookies and chips. Using the extracare card I save a lot of money. Everyone there is really nice too. read more

I just called CVS, Lakeport, CA asking about transferring photo's to an album. The woman "sales associate" said the photo person wasn't there and there was a list of sizes and prices and she'd have to go look...paused like she couldn't be bothered and sighed like it would be such an imposition. I had to request her to please "go look" for the largest size available and pricing. She did finally "go look" and came back with price and size. I then asked her how many pictures could be scanned. Again, her answer was "the photo person isn't here yet" and" I'd have to go look". I'll go to Shutterbug instead. In my opinion this CVS employee is very lazy, incompetent, rude, ill-mannered. read more

The pharmacist, Danny went above and beyond to help me. I could tell he was genuinely concerned about me, my health and situation. As busy as he is, he spent a lot of time talking to me about my situation. It is rare in this day and age for people to show care and empathy. Danny deserves a raise. Thank you!!! read more
