Costco is typically known for exceptional customer service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The customer service at the Membership Services desk was the worst we've encountered at any Costco. The employees we interacted with were unhelpful, lacked knowledge of Costco's policies and procedures, and did not handle our issue professionally. As long-time members, we expect a higher level of service. We hope corporate management provides additional training so future members receive the outstanding customer experience that Costco is known for.

We were not in town for more than 30 minutes when this happened. On new years morning I called and spoke to the owner at 7:45 am he told me they were open and his tire mechanic would be in at 8am. Praise the Lord he was open and it was able to be patched. They were very nice, quick and did not gouge me for the fix. Thank you very much team this is an awesome stand up business and they have great employees.
