I have called at least 10x to the 800 number & it doesn't seem to matter. No one will return my call. DM & RM too, just ignores the issue. Smh.. so I guess that's how they run that store but eventually when the staff turns over & respectful people are placed to work perhaps this location will improve. I've never been accused of scamming someone over $5. With receipt. Never been yelled at by any employee of any store. Never witnessed an adult throw a temper fit like she did either. This was an exceptionally simple issue that could've been handled in 5 minutes but I was held up begging for my money back for over 30mins. I couldn't leave because this toddler lady threw the products on the ground behind the counter & told me to leave. Seriously so childish & immature. I love that the Dollar Tree has some decent quality stuff. They've got glass vases and jars and tons of kitchen and organization items that cost more at other stores. They also rotate tons of stuff depending on the season and holidays so you will always find things you need for occasions. The party section is great because you can always find gift bags and disposable party plates and trays. I always love coming here. As with any other cheap items, you have to figure out what works for you quality-wise. And if you see something you think you need- get it! Because they might not carry it next season.

Also, the workers are super friendly! Even recently, I asked the manager if he would help us out with our gender reveal. We are having our first baby this summer and wanted to he surprised at our party by what the gender is. Thus we brought in a piñata and an envelope from the sonogram and the manager used the candy we bought from the store along with either a pink or blue streamer depending on what the gender is. They even taped up the opening of our piñata to help protect it so we wouldn't easily see it accidentally. They were super helpful!! :)

Ok,I stopped going here often when the prices went up ect ect…read more I go in here or there to get those few things that you just should go here to get. I went through getting my fill of the store, looking at random new to me items and getting the few things I needed, cutting board sheets, cards and sink screen catchers, looked passed the pens, activity books and holiday decorations but heres the best part of this experience......the checkout, I mean the lady working there at checkout, receipt name says "Patrice". She was incredible, she was kind, sweet and genuine in what she said to me. I was having a tough day on all levels, maybe she sensed that or she is just a beautiful person that gets it. Somehow, she easily used her words to express to me that all it takes is a moment, a few words of encourgament to make someones whole day and better yet feel visible in a very invisible world. Her words meant a lot to me in that moment and here I am sharing it.....hoping that others who read this may know that kindness comes in many forms, and it can be spread anywhere and anytime, and you just don't realize what that impact can do to someone.

He replied, "We don't have any pennies." There was no sign explaining that, and he should have told me before keeping the difference. I don't care that it was only two cents--it's the principle. He simply turned away and helped the next customer. As I walked to the car with my family I told my wife I was irritated that this guy didn't even say anything and had an attitude about my money no matter how much it is. She asked what I wanted to do, and I said, "I want to take this back and just get my money back." She said ok. I returned to the store and asked the manager, who was blowing up balloons for another customer, if I could return the item. She said yes and sent me to the same register. So I waited back in line and when I got to the register, I told the Asian guy that I wanna return this item and gave him the item and receipt and he gave me $2.95. I said, "What are you doing? I want all of my money back." Again, he said, "We don't have any pennies." I replied, "I gave you $3. I want my $3 back!" He called the manager over with a smug attitude. I explained what had happened, and she repeated, "Well, we don't have any pennies." I told her, "I don't care if you don't have any pennies. I handed him $3. I want my $3 back." So now she has an attitude, took back the change, went into the register and gave me my dollar. Apparently, basic math and customer service are both difficult at this location.
