I don't blame them for removing them at dark to reduce high price packages from being stolen. Since then he has helped me find the perfect packages of proteins. He is nice, professional and what he doesn't know, he will ask the other more experienced butchers. They too are great but they are as warm and fuzzy with me. He treats me respectfully like his favorite aunt. The cashier I had last night is the complete opposite. She went out her way to be nasty and aloof while talking to her coworker over my shoulder. I always chuckle at how strict the dress code is for the male employees compared to the "urban" appearance of the cashiers. The men are dressed in slacks, ties and dress shirts. One manager is always sharply dressed. They bring a level of class to the store. I wish this location had a better selection of items but I understand the tailor their limit shelf items by their demographics. I shop here for my brother and drive to Sprouts for myself. The basic spices here are my favorite. A bag for $.69 are a bargain. I love the proteins I do buy here. This store serves a purpose in this market. There are many people that need to pay their bills, wire money and cash a check. For those people I hope this store remain open and profitable. They also have a large Hispanic section that I use often.

I was able to find what I needed and there was plenty of helpful staff around to assist when needed. What I like about this location is that there is never a long wait in the line. They had every lane open and the cashier's are always quick and they are polite. They try to get everyone out of the line quickly. However, they still ask if you found everything okay and that is what I like about them. I have never encountered rudeness from the staff and they are always so friendly. They also have ample parking and spaces out front that are marked for curbside pickup in case you want to place an order online. I didn't realize that you could do that. So this is helpful to know in the future. I definitely plan to visit more often, especially since they always have great deals on cleaning and pet supplies.

Please, try not to use any cash in their self check machine because it will keep your money and they will use every excuse in the book to not give you back anything. Cameras DO NOT pick up on every little detail. I called the police and everything, they instantly sided with them but it's okay because they're gonna lose way more than $50 dollars. I am about to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because what they did was wrong and definitely unethical. Plus, very unfriendly.. I just won't take my business here anymore. I still feel like the next time I go to any five below other than this one, I will just let an associate assist me with the card or money and if they can't, I'll just go elsewhere.
