Lol First reaction is that a couple of people have no clue what I'm talking about (even with it being in their menu). But I love that they ask around until somebody knows and they get the ingredients for my sandwich! I genuinely appreciate the effort that they take to accommodate. Thank you guys so much! Today I ordered the Tex-Mex Black Bean Burger Sub. Black bean burger, vegan cheese, fried avocado, jalapeños, shredded lettuce, tomatoes & vegan ranch dressing. Labeled as vegetarian so there's likely some dairy in something. I added bbq sauce and all of the toppings. Forgot to ask about the fried avocado that was supposed to be on it. Over all it was good sandwich and I'd get it again. My last visit I ordered the vegan turkey club. Liked that one as well. The vegan Tofurky slices take some get used to and aren't the best substitute for deli meat but that's part of vegan life. lol

He so oh we aren't allowed to do that (which is total BS because I've literally done it like that at every other Publix I've ever been to for years) and then I ask for onions and bell peppers dude just plops it all in there didn't even spread it out or make it nice. He clearly just didn't care. It's like BRO YOU ARE GETTING PAID TO MAKE A FREAKING SANDWICH TO MY LIKING. Would you make your sandwich the same way? The answer is no. Anyways don't bother with the deli area in this Publix they will just give you a hard time and not show any pride or care in your order. I love Publix but we can do a lot better!

It's in a busy area, and there appears to be a staffing issue when it comes to bagging groceries. On multiple occasions, while the cashier was diligently scanning my items, I noticed there was no one available to assist with bagging. To make matters worse, during a separate visit, a staff member opted to chat with my child instead of helping with the bags. This left me puzzled and somewhat frustrated. As I'm not an employee here and employee should never idly sit by and watch me do their job. I want to emphasize that given the store's busy location, it's essential that there are enough staff members available to handle these tasks. The current situation doesn't seem to align with the store's standards, and for a location that is in up and coming area, with all the new construction around. They need to get it together because when the Publix is built across the street you will lose half of your business. I would definitely rather pay more at Publix.Than be in a nice area but feel like I'm shopping at a Walmart in the middle of no where.

The blonde older woman working the self checkout registers on Sunday 7/13 around 9:30am proceeded to mock and criticize an elderly man who had brought a large dog inside with him while he was shopping. I didn't see a vest on the dog but it was well behaved and was acting calm like a service animal. If it was an issue there were plenty of times it could have been addressed but he was shopping and had items in his cart already. Her and another woman were talking so catty and loud that I had to listen to it and even shot them a few looks. I've seen this man walking with his dog before along Mundy Mill so I am unsure if he has the means to travel without it or a place to leave it while he is away. No one knows the situation he's in but to hear that coming from employees sounding so catty lacking compassion really disturbed and upset me. I complained to the bearded man at customer service (in front of that employee) but I doubt it will be addressed or that employee will change their condescending behavior to ppl who might be less fortunate . Like I'd said if it was an issue talk to the person about it instead of giggling and mocking them and complaining without actually learning what's going on. Alittle kindness costs nothing but has the biggest payoff. I'd worked at Kroger for 12 years and have been exposed to a variety of people with different situations and backgrounds and given me more empathy for others and emotional intelligence, something that employee and customer obviously lack
