I am in here at least two times a week. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The deli is never out of stock. When I place an order it is always ready on time. This is our neighborhood spot. Produce is wonderful. Meats and cheeses galore. Publix is not just Florida. It is Georgia too. read more

Store is nice. My review is on the Thanksgiving dinner order we placed. It was for 3 and that was fine. All they did was go around the store and pick up items they sell and put them in a bag. Gosh for $55.99 I could have done the same thing and had money left over for the wine and a pumpkin pie! The turkey breast was less than par. Have you ever had a turkey breast covered with black pepper?? Not me. The mashed potatoes were from their deli area as was the cornbread dressing. The cranberry sauce was orange and cranberry - ok, but not the traditional. The dessert some Marshmallow something and was very, very sweet. It was just a disappointment because Publix is always great with their presentations. Waste of money; we will not do that again. I do like the store and am happy shopping there, but whoever put this together needs to read up on Thanksgiving dinners. read more

This is a very pleasant and friendly store. Everyone greets you with smiles and genuine friendliness. But out of every good batch there's a rotten egg. The lighter skinned lady behind the deli, name starts with M. (I forgot), had way to much attitude for 10am. This was my first time ordering a sub here and I didn't think it's much different from a subway. I didn't take long to decide nor was I unclear with my decisions. But the customer service from her was far from pleasant. She had absolutely zero patience where I couldn't possibly think of a faster way to order. It was as if she was already angry at you for being there haha. The pent up anger in her was leaking from every orifice in her body that you could almost taste it in the sandwich. I plan on returning because I need that kind of toxicity in my life read more

I will let it be known that my allegiance is to Kroger when it comes to grocery shopping there are specific items at Publix that are far superior than to that of Kroger. This Publix is located in a fairly small shopping center that shares parking with various smaller businesses. Parking is usually easy to find any time of day. So back to the items that I will come specifically to Publix for. Fried chicken: some of the best fried chicken you'll have period. Skin is flavorful and crispy while the meat is tender and juicy. Sub sandwiches: forget any other chain type sub place, Publix is the way to go. The subs are huge and delicious. Do yourself a favor and order online and have it waiting for you because the line and wait are usually pretty long. Steaks: cuts of meat here are awesome compared to Kroger, lean and not as fatty. Again, not my first choice for grocery shopping but not a bad option depending on what you're looking for. read more

Great customer Service! very friendly but the deli is not all that great. I've been to this location twice for the deli and the area to eat is not clean AT ALL . Food sits in the warmer for a long period, and it's it fresh. It tastes okay but not to wow me. it could be way better. read more

First of all, I really do love publix but this store isn't as well run. It doesn't have your typical older more experiences helpers there which is probably the problem. The young kids who run the deli, sandwiches and hot food are really slow and run out of needed items all the time. For me, they're not consistent and fast enough to keep my business read more

This publix is great like every other publix! Except this publix is located near the lake, so it's very convenient to stop by and buy a couple things for your bbq you forgot at home. The employees are friendly, and very helpful so you won't have to waste time looking for something if you're not familiar with this location. There is also a gas station right in front of this publix, so that's a plus! read more

I know, Publix is all about customer service, but this little store is awesome. Unfortunately, they have a brand new Kroger to compete with across the street, but this place rocks. I picked up my cake, and they still asked if I needed help. Anytime I am at the deli, bakery, etc. even if I know what I want, they want to help me. The cashier this particular night was super nice, made conversation, didn't know me but I felt like she did. Shopping is a pleasure and I would rather go here. The location is perfect, but the selection of items is limited and not a good variety. I understand I am in Georgia so Mexican sauces and drinks is gonna be small when compared to Texas where I was visiting from. Jalapeños were tiny and already aging. Papayas were the skinniest I've seen. One thing I was shocked was that they didn't have Claude Brisket Marinade!! It's an American brand and wal mart had it!! Maybe Georgia doesn't really make brisket...but either way it's an excellent sauce. I guess since I was visiting a small town the selection on even produce is gonna be small compared to our Texas HEB markets where everything can be found there. Not impressed but I guess if I ever move here I'll have to enjoy it. The cleanliness of the store is what really made happy about the place and most staff seemed helpful. read more

Great place, but too small. Hard to find a reason to come frequently when it's smaller and a little more expensive relatively speaking. Very clean and well stocked, however. One thing I am extremely disappointed in is the fact that publix no longer uses a grill for their hot sandwiches, they use this toaster oven thing. I am never one to complain but I'm rather upset with Publix, my husband has gone 2-3 times this past week and the store has had a shortage of items. Milk the most common product bought has been sold out or limited to 2-3 milks all week long, that's disappointing when you have Kroger next door and start to think maybe I need to shop there instead. The website states items are in stock somehow each trip things (3 items - including milk) are all out of stock. There is no reason for shortage. Going to Kroger from now on, lost a devoted customer. read more

This review is for the bakery/deli. I ordered a sugar cookie cake for a birthday party thinking it would be of the quality I expect from a publix bakery. It was way below par. They said it would be a cookie with sprinkles throughout and the cake looked like 20 mini cookies glued together then they threw a pinch of sprinkles on top. What?! I could have made a better one at home! Honestly I've used a Walmart bakery down by Buford that did a better job in the bakery. Very upset with the result. However, the deli came through with my wrap party tray order. Very nice presentation and the wraps look very tasty and fresh. read more

My husband and I have shopped here for 8 years despite the "mega Kroger" across the street and for so many good reasons. You always get great customer service from every department no matter the day or time. They always offer to help you and always ask that you found everything you were looking for. They are more than happy to help you out to your car and always bag the groceries the way they are supposed to be bagged. They may seem to have higher prices but with BOGO on at least one brand of everything I am looking for, I always save! I know they treat their employees great because they stay with them. It's great because they are happy and you get to know them and vice versa. If you want snotty teenagers and to get lost, shop next door at Kroger. If you want an amazing experience, choose Publix. read more
