04/30/26 - Overall a wonderful clean store - have been going regularly since it opened - had an awful experience today attempting to get a sub at the DELI STATION - one employee, Adrienne I believe - seemed nice but no training, often confused and slower than molasses in winter. Watched her make one sub for 8-9 minutes and had to leave because the couple in front of me was ordering two subs and I couldn't wait another 15-20 minutes before ordering - went to JERSEY MIKES - service was quick and cheerful. Have been disappointed repeatedly with the Publix DELI STATION - always out of product after 7 PM and absurdly slow lines - shortly after someone good starts working there, they are rotated elsewhere and another poorly trained, slow individual takes their place. The multigrain bread is fantastic, but who can tolerate the incredibly poor service at the DELI? Was going 3-4 nights a week after you opened this location, and my money now goes elsewhere...Sad read more

Overall Publix is a much better pace to shop than Kroger. The stores are cleaner, people are friendlier and it seems much more put together and modern. However, my only 2 issues are they are considerably more expensive than Kroger on the whole and the Pub Sub line takes your entire lunch period to get through on most days. Let's get those delicious subs out a bit quicker and sales would be up quite a bit! read more

I am trying to do better with writing reviews for establishments other than food places. I have come to realize that businesses thrive on reviews good or bad and I feel the need to acknowledge those businesses that do well and those that aren't doing so well in order to help them achieve the standard or experience needed by customers in order for the business to continue to be successful. With that being said, I walked into this Publix and the first thing I noticed was the employee wiping off grocery carts and greeting all that walked in. I also noticed the brightness of the store...something about lights being bright adds a welcoming effect. When I first walked in, I passed the deli and sandwich area and the employee making sandwiches spoke to me while she was making a sandwich for another customer. This is a welcoming gesture from the employees throughout the store. No matter where I was in the store, an employee stopped to say hello and offer any assistance. While looking for something, a manager (I only assume due to his attire) stopped by and asked me how I was doing and if he could help me with what I was looking for and he walked me all the way to the item on a completely different aisle. When I told him thank you, he said no problem and that he was happy to help and grateful to be here. Boy if that doesn't change your mood I don't know what will. I left the store uplifted and feeling positive. Kudos to this team and I certainly will be back for all of my shopping needs. Moved to the area recently and googled nearest supermarket and found this gem of a market. This Publix is new and very clean and has all the essential items and needed goods of a well run grocery store. I can find all my food needs here and they have very kind people who work here that are helpful and serve with a smile. They have self serve kiosks which make it very convenient for shoppers on the go and the parking is plentiful and prices are right. Love this Publix store and will be back for years to come! 5 Yelp Stars! read more

This store has gone down hill fast. From having milk on the shelves that is one to two weeks past expiration date even after they were told about it. Not having basic items that they've always had (no coleslaw for three weeks). I guess it's time to find a new place to shop. read more

Can't imagine why anyone would review a grocery store unless they were either outstanding, or a complete disaster. Living in Georgia, there are two grocery chains; Publix and Kroger. Publix is perceived to be somewhat upscale from Kroger. I've been to several of each since I've been here. I can't ever recall going to a grocery store as friendly or as clean as this one. Everyone, and I mean everyone working here seems to be more friendly than anywhere I've been. Even the shopping carts look as if they're cleaned and polished each night. I asked for the manager one of the times I was there. I complimented everyone. He said he gets that a lot, and humbly gave the credit to his people. I love the store and would gladly go out of my way to shop here. read more

Tip: when ordering a sub sandwich online, don't bother showing up until 30-45 minutes AFTER the time they said it would be ready. Ridiculous. My sandwich was supposed to be ready at 6:55, but it wasn't ready until 7:30. The deli was not busy with in store customers, they just move like molasses. read more

I can't believe how expensive this Publix is! I have seen the exact same items from other stores for HALF THE PRICE. It's unbelievable the prices. Sparkling cider is like $6! Exact same one at Walmart is less then $3. Ice cream... you're paying double. Organics..double. Everything is double in this store and they do that because they know it's the only one in the area. Total rip-off. I'll drive to Kroger's instead anytime I can where the prices are actually affordable. read more

Best Publix I've ever been to. They have SELF CHECKOUT. I've never been to a Publix with self checkout They sanitize every cart/ basket after use, greet each customer at the door and there is always enough staff for speedy checkout and answering questions without feeling overwhelmed. Produce is always fresh and stocked with goodies- they have a small bulk bin section, a small deli, and the usual meat and fish counter in addition to an area where you can buy meal kits and see them being prepared/demoed. read more

We love Publix because the quality is so great and customer service is on point but today Publix outdid themselves. We celebrated my son's 2nd birthday and it was perfect! Last week I called Publix to place an order for our cake and a few other food items well about 15 minutes later I had everything from the cake to the napkins ordered. This is a catering service that is unique to select Publix. Rachel was great! She helped me place the order, made changes the day before and also helped me the day of. She had everything ready to go when I came in this morning and of course EVERYTHING was perfect. I can't think of anything I would have changed about this experience. I will always be a loyal customer to this store. They provide the best customer service and always with a smile. If your order is above $150 they will deliver for free within a certain radius. Ordered a sub, didn't get a single thing I asked for. I asked for a Boar Head special that came with chicken, gouda cheese, bacon, and barbecue sauce. Didn't get a single one of those. The man gave me turkey and pepper jack cheese, nothing else. The store was clean but the sub was dry (probably because I didn't get what I asked for). He didn't smile and made me feel very unwelcome. My brother also told him he wanted American cheese twice and he gave him white cheese. The only good part was his coworker, Yuri, that corrected his mistakes. That's the only reason I am putting this review at two stars. read more
