This place would be packed every morning with people lining up to get there biscuits. Sad to say that there biscuits and there food are not worth talking about. I honestly don't think they know what they are doing when it comes too food. They constantly change the menu of things that they make as if they are confused like a emo teenager with an identity crisis. Other then food, majority of the merchandise is marked up and over priced, and there drinks aren't very cold. As much as i like the new owners, i really hope they get it together. Cause i wont be going back there anytime soon.

At first (the first week), it was great and then went down hill IMMEDIATELY. They can not keep up with demand and their shelves after the grand opening were kept with old and seemed like outdated food. The store is always a mess and ran through - and not kept up. I do understand Aldi's philosophy of having 3-4 workers at a time, so it's not hard to straighten up once in while. Even the floors almost 9 months after opening stay dirty. I even slipped once and bust my knee while shopping one night. I told the clerk and it ended up being somewhat okay. Prices here are a lot higher than most Aldi's and their selection is different from other in the area. I do not know why, but this location, when something is a hot item, it's gone in 24-48 hours. I once asked for something that was out for less than 24 hours and got snapped on by the store manager saying something to the effect of "what you see or don't see on the floor is all I have, I have nothing in the back." Aldi's leadership and store management really do need to get a hold of this store as it's so new and so close to their distribution center in Jefferson/Pendergrass area.

As usual, out of mayonnaise, woman went to grab that. The sheriff joked about, "Didn't you know you were making sandwiches today?" When she got to me I asked for mountain bread. And of course that was not stocked. She said someone would go get it. It's on the other side of the store. By this time with cops blocking Jet Roberts to even get to Publix due to accident and not having anything ready and stocked, I had to order a sub roll which I didn't want. When I got to work, I realized the sub was old and flaking. Horrible experience. If you have an hour lunch and don't mind standing forever with no acknowledgement, you might be okay. Otherwise, go somewhere else that values your time.

And i just assumed it was the antibiotics I needed. NEED to do a better job communicating the prescription given and HOW to take. I paid for a medication I didn't need and had to pay again for the real antibiotics I actually needed. Came to them about maybe doing a better job communicating and was just completely careless. Now due to me mixing anti-depressants and alcohol (bc I had no idea anti depressants was what they gave me) now I just have to deal with the horrible mood swings and stress of all this. Very frustrating experience unfortunately. Never had this happen at any other place, usually other places communicates what prescription is being given to them. It's clear your health. And safety does not matter here.
