At first (the first week), it was great and then went down hill IMMEDIATELY. They can not keep up with demand and their shelves after the grand opening were kept with old and seemed like outdated food. The store is always a mess and ran through - and not kept up. I do understand Aldi's philosophy of having 3-4 workers at a time, so it's not hard to straighten up once in while. Even the floors almost 9 months after opening stay dirty. I even slipped once and bust my knee while shopping one night. I told the clerk and it ended up being somewhat okay. Prices here are a lot higher than most Aldi's and their selection is different from other in the area. I do not know why, but this location, when something is a hot item, it's gone in 24-48 hours. I once asked for something that was out for less than 24 hours and got snapped on by the store manager saying something to the effect of "what you see or don't see on the floor is all I have, I have nothing in the back." Aldi's leadership and store management really do need to get a hold of this store as it's so new and so close to their distribution center in Jefferson/Pendergrass area.

We're not used to having to drive 20 minutes or more for little things we forgot and LG not only usually has what we need, but they might even have a choice and the prices aren't jacked up like you would expect. The back wall consists of a butchery where meats are prepared and marinated for ease of cooking. Between the meats and the chicarron area was a tamale station where you could pick your own hot and ready to eat tamales (5 different kinds) and bring them home for blissful eating. So what did I get? Ingredients for a tamale bar, with ceviche and salsas, ingredients for chilaquiles rojo . And lastly some chorizo for an egg scramble with queso fresco in a soft shell taco . The food and offerings were amazing, I wanted to purchase some decor for the fifth. Nothing was really worth buying. No real decorations were available.
