The Really Good: Staff are polite and helpful. The Pretty Good: Store shelves are very well stocked. Lots of ethnic foods to satisfy many tastes...especially some kinds of special flavor snacks. Yum. Uh....BIG cans and bottles of beer and cases of big cans. OK The - uh oh: Decided to try breakfast. Very limited menu (and same for lunch). Egg Sandwich was just that....a hard fried egg, broken into the pan and slapped between two pieces of pale white toast. Egg, sausage and hashbrowns....Same as above. (Granted, it was a fresh egg)...broken and friend hard in oil; two small rounds of commercial sausage; a cold commercial biscuit; and a burned on one side, greasy hash brown patty. One dingy small table with 4 chairs near the front of the store....we decided to eat in our car. Go for the commercially packaged goods - you'll be fine....But if you want breakfast or lunch....uh, whatever (as the saying goes). I really can't recommend the made-to-order food.

On Dec 23, I witnessed an employee stocking the produce section who coughed all over the loose…read morecarrots and broccoli crowns. This same person did not look well to me and was not wearing gloves, nor mask nor a hat. Very unhygienic. I took a picture and went on my way. Today, Dec 24, I went back to the store and the same person was again stocking the produce section, again without gloves, etc- I saw a loose carrot drop on the floor and rather than throw it away, he put it in the loose carrot bin. Gross! I spotted the produce manager a few feet away and told him about my experience and he said the employee was not sick and he did not seem in any way bothered by my concerns nor did thr manager offee a solution. I DONT blame the employee, rather, I hold Kroger management in contempt. In this season of rampant flu, you would think, Kroger would care at least a little.

Finally plenty of staff on hand to have all areas open and filled with fresh produce/products. New sushi area is quite nice. Meat & seafood is brighter with more stylized cases. Aisles appear slightly more open at storefront but still crowded near pharmacy. Nonetheless - all around pleasantly surprising.

Today I came to just exchange a sweater that didn't fit and was planning to shop (I.e. SPEND MORE MONEY than what the sweater cost) and the girl working said "we have a 14 day policy so sorry." Are you kidding me?! 14 days from a Christmas gift that you wouldn't allow me to spend the $85 the sweater was worth plus more to have a great experience and become a loyal customer? I shop at certain boutiques because of the customer service, then the quality of merchandise. This place seems to have cute but expensive clothes, definitely never going to have me as a customer here. Horrible policy's and "customer service!"

Much less help the woman in the fitting room trying on tops. Another woman's children were running a muck all over the store and hiding in the racks. I had no idea this place was a part time day care as well. Where I knocked stars off is the sale room still contained the same crap from 2 weeks ago and the sale denim rack's didn't go down any further. I noticed they got in new inventory but nothing I loved. Disappointing the second time around. I doubt I'll be back for a third.

I think this is especially important to mention because a lot of their merchandise is religious based so it is a unique experience that needs to be savored. Today, I purchased some Christmas Home Decor that I will treasure for years! I also stopped in their treasured Prayer Room. It is a little area in the center of the room where you can write down prayers on a tag and hang it on the wall. Others are encouraged to take a tag and become a Prayer Warrior for the person who left the prayer. Today, was a very impactful visit for me. I went into Philanthropy with a heavy heart because we found out our good friend that has been battling cancer was moved to hospice. The prayer room gave me peace & I left feeling a little lighter.
