I'm not sure if this Aldi is less crowded than most of just that much more spacious, but either way I prefer coming here where there's plenty of room to browse. Speaking of which, browsing is my favorite thing to do at this store, there are just so many really great deals. I always find fantastic cheeses, impressive produce, tons of gluten free snacks, and an ample array of proteins (including wild caught seafood) -- all for lower prices than I've found anywhere else without sacrificing on quality. You won't find as much variety in products or brands, but it's quality over quantity at Aldi. Outside of all the fridge, pantry, and cabinet essentials, Aldi has an ever-rotating holiday/seasonal section, which is my personal favorite spot on their map. They always have the cutest decor for sale, plus really nice cookware and kids toys and event plants. I got a stuffed Ms Rachel doll on my last visit!

They also sell Dickies restaurants rope sausage at a great price. Toss those in the cart as well. I have my account on the app, so as I toss items in the cart, I scan them. Once I was done shopping, I just hit pay, then left the app open and walked to the exit. An associate scans my phone, then a couple of items, and I am outta here. So today, I got up at 8 a.m., fired up the pellet smoker, tossed those deals I got from Sam Waltons Sam's Club, and the results are in the picture. That's just rub on my ribs at the halfway point. Should have seen them glazed. They looked too good to eat, but we did anyway. Keep your eye out at Sam's Club next time you're looking for grocery deals. I was trying to compare mattresses, and the bot stood there beeping for a long time. I am the customer. I don't appreciate being pushed around by an appliance. Even when Ioved forward to give it a chance to turn, it dogged me. I finally gave up. that leads me to the second problem, they have removed four models so you have no way to test a mattress. How do you know if it's going to be comfortable or not? I don't buy things like that without trying them. They used to have floor models out. They have forgotten about the customer and they're thinking more about how to cram more merchandise into their stores because it means more profit. But a mattress is not a cheap purchase and it's not easy to return if you get a bad one. The samples saved the day today. At 3:00 in the afternoon they had a lot of samples and my four year old granddaughter was very happy. And the employees are very nice.

They have a section of gourmet foods, things and cute things for pets, dog beds and bowls etc. They have AWESOME furniture pieces and end tables, beautiful desk chairs and mirrors. I can go on and on about all the one of a kind items they have and most likely if you don't pick up the items you look at when you see them, they wont have them when you return and you miss you. (all of us have done this before and it sucks, am I right?) If you are looking for pieces for you desk space, they have stationary and journals, sometimes planners. So I hope this helps you figure out if you would like to stop in here and check it out. Oh and the MOST important is they are AFFORDABLE and it's all good quality!!

Update on 3/24 - QuikTrip finally followed through and made things right. Because of this I am…read morechanging to a 3 .... fair is fair (picture attached) A week ago the store was a mess first thing in the morning-and because of it I slipped on liquid and wasted hot coffee and scalded my hand. The manager on duty simply said "I didn't see it, so I don't know what to tell you." I made a formal complaint with the corporate office and was offered a few free drink coupons. That was on the March 5th and today is March 13th. I'm disgusted and disappointed. **** So on today (March 16th) I received a letter from QuikTrip (I'll attach the picture) - and it's dated March 13th (ironically that letter was typed up the day my initial Yelp Review posted - AND not the day I made a corporate complaint). In addition - the letter was addressed to me.... but it says "Dear Tom" - and it says they enclosed 5 drink coupons... AND THEY DIDN'T ENCLOSE ANYTHING BUT THE LETTER. I can't begin to express how disgusted I am with QuikTrip at this moment. I literally buy coffee at QuikTrip EVERY SINGLE DAY and I get my gas there. But it seems they do not intend to do the right thing by me.

So it's easy to get what you need. Then you're right on the freeway. My favorite thing about QT is all the freaking snacks. Hey I'm not looking for healthy options at a gas station. They have all types of food on the roller grills. The have a whole counter dedicated to just tea. My favorite is the sweet mango green tea. Of course, they have regular soft drinks and slushy like drinks as well. I really enjoy the QT Kitchen where you can get your food made to order. I actually find myself buying more food/drinks from QT than actual gas. I've never had any issues with customer service. Everyone has always been friendly and nice. For it to be off a major highway, the parking lot is always clean. Also, the inside is very clean as well. Restroom aren't dirty. The store stays clean. Items are priced reasonable for a convenience store. It's not outrageous or anything so that's a plus. Overall, when I'm home in the DFW. QT is my preferred gas station hands down.
