Such a cute little candy shop that brought back sooo many memories from my childhood!! They've got all kinds of crazy-delicious, sugar-filled candies in here - I could've spent at least an hour or two just walking around and looking at stuff had I been given the time. The customer service is pretty good and you get a coupon for 10% off your next purchase, which is great if you live in the area. It was pretty cool overall to see such a big selection of various candies, drinks and gag gifts. I actually didn't expect to see so many different drinks to choose from. The candy selection is great. It's not one of those comically large candy stores so don't anticipate seeing a box of skittles the size of a cereal box. It definitely has stuff you won't find anywhere else though. I actually saw a life sized chocolate Harry Potter wand lol. My only reason for docking a star is because it's really over priced, atleast in my opinion. Drinks are $2.29 a bottle, which isn't bad at all. The candy is crazy expensive though . That chocolate Harry Potter wand was $12. I could see something more in the ballpark of $9 maybe. You'll see that big of a mark-up on all the candy. Overall, still a pretty cool place to take the kids though. We'll be back for sure read more

They have an extensive assortment of candy and cane sugar soda. There are also gag gifts. My kids each got a candy and a soda. They thought this entire store was amazing. The candy was fresh and the soda bottles were super cold. Although it says they have comic books, they do but the selection is incredibly limited. If you are coming for that reason, you are likely to be disappointed. Parking is shared with the other businesses, but there is plenty of it. Today I purchased 2 expired Dillion's Gourmet Pecan Rolls ( which rings up as OD Pecan Roll on the Sale Receipt for $6.09 each). So please check your purchases while you are still in the store. I didn't notice my items where expired untill I got home, which is about 45 minutes away. I called up to the store and had the sales associate check all the other Pecan Rolls on the shelf, they all are past the "Best Buy Date". I then asked the sales associate if they could credit my purchase back to my card if I provided them my receipt number so I wouldn't have to come back out there; unfortunately the sales associate said they could not and I would need to return to the store. read more

Cute, fun, happy... That's what we thought upon walking into the store. All kinds of stuff from cupcake and bacon lip gloss, little gag gifts, huge suckers, jawbreakers, ant candy, a shelf of pez, all your old school candy even those candy cigarettes. Ha! There's also a gazillion types of sodas from cookie dough to pickle to butter (yep really) to root beer to dirt to other gross stuff. Yuck but funny, or is it?! There's so much you won't see it all. I think there's a squirrel feeder in one of those pics and some bobble heads. We bought squeezable smarties just because along with some other random candy. Ok, here's the deal with the five stars. As far as candy shops go, a place like this is probably the best you'll see. The selection was pretty huge. I went in to check it out, maybe buy some candy for holiday treats, and check out what I figured would be a place to get old brand candy you don't see anymore at grocery or C stores. It really didn't disappoint. They had a good selection of old style candy, sugar babies, sugar daddy, black cow bars, mallo cups, and surprisingly, the old Gold Mine nugget bubble gum. Anyway, that's a short list of older brands that I saw, plus regular candy that you can get anywhere. Place has hundreds of different soda's for sale. They also have big bins of individual bite sized brand name candy, along with a lot of flavored taffy. They also have a good selection of novelty gifts. A lot more than I would have expected. A big plus for the bacon gifting group, the biggest selection of bacon stuff I've ever seen in one place, candy, mints, and novelty bacon stuff, including a bacon flavored mustache. Of course, when you see a specialty place like this, don't expect to see prices as low as regular stores. While I didn't think anything was super crazy high priced, there appeared to be some unique stuff that was pricey. Example, a large size box of Jelly Belly Christmas style candy for $8. But the single bars, and serving sizes, of stuff I thought was reasonably priced for the availability they offer. I bought quite a bit of stocking stuffers, and was satisfied with what I got for what I spent. Regardless of anything, it's a place worth checking out next time you're in the shopping complex. My husband and I had driven past this a few times and wondered if it was open as we only had seen it from the back but usually that was later in the night after dinner to where even if they were open we would have been going in right at closing which I hate to do to store employees. From a glance I was almost thinking "soda shop" so one of those old timey fountan type drink places ... with some unique soda flavors on top .... maybe could get some cool tasting "root beer" floats and they would have some various candies to buy ... I guess what I had in my head was cooler than what I walked into one day I had met someone up for a buisness lunch, and had some time to kill on my way back to my side of town before picking my daughter up from school. When I walked in the employee working was looking out the window at me. Hmm. They had an amazing selection of bottled sodas, like the old sugar cane doctor peppers, big reds, as well as some of the more unique brands of cream sodas and root beers. The candy selection made me think of a mall candy store and cracker barrel. They had Harry Potter candies, current candies in older packagings ... and I must admit a large selection of unique flavors of salt water taffy. From fruit flavors like kiwi to maple bacon. Most of the candy is priced on the high end ... the bags of taffy were about 7.99 for a small bag and 9.99 for a bigger bag. Sodas were ok priced at $2.50 and you could get a multi pack for a certain price that I don't remember at this point. The thing that irked was that employee that was staring me thru the window said hello and if I needed any help to me as I walked in, I let her know that I had been driving by and just wanted to look around ... I started at the left front and I noticed as I walked promptly followed me thru the store never saying a word but following me every where I went ... never saying a word but monitoring everything I was doing. In that not right on top of me way but in that expecting me to steal something. Keep in mind I'm in my 30's and wearing a $80 black professional jacket, a long shirt dress with leggings and nice doc martin boots on having come from a work lunch and havn't been to jail or gotten a speeding ticket in about 7 years (2011) ... based on face value I'm a well dressed adult being followed around by a teenage store employee like a 10 year old who looks like I may pocket a piece of $3 candy. *SMH* She only stops following me me for a short moment when someone else came in that the conversation sounded something like "I found this ... " maybe from another business in the strip got some of their mail ... but as soon as the person that came in after me left after 2 mins of being in the store the employee came right back to that maybe 2 feet distance of monitoring what I was doing. I was about to buy some taffy for my mom... she didn't answer her phone ... so I opted not as there were too many flavors that I didn't want to pick some odd ones she would hate as the price rounding up with tax for the small bag would have come close to $10 ... So go ahead and and grabbed a Big Red for my husband to get something as she had followed me around all this time. Went to check out and she rung me up for a $2 and some change amount for the drink ... I pulled out my card and she informs me that it is a $5 minimum charge for credit or debit cards. So I say never mind then as my mom who I was going to buy taffy from didn't answer and I left as I didn't feel like having this girl who looked an easy 12-15 years younger than me following me around anymore. She stayed behind the counter this time as I left. I honestly would have gone over to grab a candy bar or something for my daughter if she hadn't followed me around the entire time ... not saying a dang word ... Easily based on the store I would have rated higher if the employee hadn't followed me around like a 10 year old trying to pocket some candy. read more

Words cannot describe how much I love coming here! I come here about two or three times a month to stock up on the international candy they have here. Although they are known primarily for their sodas, I haven't tried any of them. I heard about their cool selection of candy and that was what drew me in. They have rare candies, candies you see everyday, and candies you won't find anywhere else in the United States unless you went to another specialty store such as this one. The inside is packed with sodas and snacks while the walls are lined with tin signs that you can purchase. If you purchase multiple tins signs, they'll give you a deal on them. It's a great place for small family birthdays for instance:say you just live with your mom,brother,and yourself (like I do) and wanna have a small 3 person birthday, come here! It has lots and LOTS of candy,taffy,cool jewels/magnets that you just take the scoop and just scoop up some jewels or maybe even some magnets and they have a little bag that looks like a bag you would use to hold jewels when you were mining back then! The variety of candies here is quite large. You have the candies you can find in grocery stores and then they have special and unusual candies. There's also interesting little gag gifts in there.
