Like People be standing there for over 5mins and you can hear the employees in the back office. you have to yell for someone to get their attention. then they never have the main register open. They force everyone to use self check out. Some folks do not want to use self check out and the store sells things that require ID why would you not have a main register open. Again lazyness, every time i go over there i see the employees out by their cars or outside hanging out smoking cigarettes like this a hang out spot. very unprofessional & everyone in that area is complaining in regards to this matter. Something needs to be done. We need folks who actually want to work & not want to be hiding in the back office or forcing people do self check out. As the second cashier rang up my order, she began to scrutinize every coupon telling me that I couldn't use a coupon for dove soap when she failed to look to see that I actually did have the correct product. When I told her it was the correct product she looked at the product, let out a big sigh, rolled her eyes at me and scanned the coupon. She never said a word to me other than "this is the wrong product" after I paid for my product, she very firmly handed me my receipt and turned away from me never saying "thank you", " have a nice day", or anything. I thanked her and she never said anything to me. This was just an awful experience as I shop here once in a while only because it's close to my job. I will never shop here again, they just lost a great customer.... For the Manager: I would highly recommend customer service training for your staff.
