I had only known of Soma from receiving a pajama set from them years ago , and I love the fit and quality. It was great to go inside the store to see what else they offered. What I found was a variety of bras, panties, Lounge wear sets, robes as well as pajama sets and athletic wear for women. I was greeted and asked if I needed to help and at first I said no...I wanted to browse, see what they had on sale etc. I noticed bras were buy 1, get 1 half off. So I asked if the sized/fitted customers for bras. They said yes and off we went into the dressing area. I was asked to remove my sweater and was properly measured. I felt comfortable and appreciated the knowledge and great service provided by the employee. She brought me a variety of bra styles to choose from and I settled on two of them as I loved the comfort and style. At checkout, I provided my email address so that I can receive perks of becoming a rewards member as I definitely plan to come back here!

He has a very picky sense of style, and Banana Republic usually fits the bill for what he is looking for. Every time we have been in the employees have been super helpful. They will place the order for you online and ensure they are maximizing all the discount codes possible. This is definitely a store where you should never pay full price, they always have a sale going on. Luckily, as a luxe card member, basic alterations are free. I'm kind of weary of alterations on denim because most people just sew them up and don't really pay attention to the stitching that is different on jeans. When i got my pair back four days later, i was thoroughly impressed that the stitching matched the rest of the jeans. The length was just right and the matching stitching made it ten times better! i'm very pleased with this location.

Urban Outfitters as a brand has been one of my go-to for years but only when they have big sales with tons of options. Lately, their home decor and gift sections have been the best bang for your bucks. The decor and vibe in this store is super trendy. The staff let you do your thing, which I appreciate. The fitting rooms were pretty dusty dirty, on my visits, but very spacious. This location is in a real hip, walkable area of downtown Raleigh. There seems to be a generous amount of street parking but I did not see any private lots. Overall, a good Urban location and I'd come back to shop the sales!

Reputable retailers typically make this information highly visible on the product page and during checkout, but that was not my experience here. There was little to no clear distinction between returnable and non-returnable merchandise, and one of the items even appeared to include a return option, which made the policy even more confusing and misleading. When I received the dresses, I was not satisfied with the quality or fit and attempted to initiate a return, only to be told the items were not eligible. I feel the website presentation was unclear and failed to properly inform customers before purchase. Customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue, which has only added to my frustration. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and would strongly encourage other shoppers to carefully review every detail before purchasing from this retailer.
