I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from this company. The website did not clearly disclose that the dresses I purchased were non-returnable/final sale items. Reputable retailers typically make this information highly visible on the product page and during checkout, but that was not my experience here. There was little to no clear distinction between returnable and non-returnable merchandise, and one of the items even appeared to include a return option, which made the policy even more confusing and misleading. When I received the dresses, I was not satisfied with the quality or fit and attempted to initiate a return, only to be told the items were not eligible. I feel the website presentation was unclear and failed to properly inform customers before purchase. Customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue, which has only added to my frustration. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and would strongly encourage other shoppers to carefully review every detail before purchasing from this retailer. read more

My close friend decided to get bridesmaids dresses from David's bridal and so I came in for a fitting and to place my order. I was able to make the appointment for my fitting online which I appreciated because I could see their availability and pick a time without calling, I got a confirmation email confirming my time slot. One thing that bothered me is that the day of my appointment someone called trying to get me to come earlier and I felt like her should have reached out sooner if the time I picked wasn't convenient or that time slot shouldn't have been available online. Online the appointment said it would take thirty minutes but the person who called said it would be an hour. Ultimately I kept my original slot and got out on time. The person helping with my fitting was friendly. She pulled a couple of sizes and styles and then was willing to take photos for me. I then was able to place my order at the counter and got 10% off due to the free diamond club membership. One other drawback here is that all of the other bridesmaids are in Indiana and at their DB locations they were given an extra 10% discount, on top of the diamond club discount, for doing a fitting and ordering in store. I asked about that for this location and they do not offer that discount. But once we entered the establishment with the bride, everything turned into a different story. The front desk was very accommodating and the personal representative was attempting to do their best, I have been at a David's Bridal in the past but have never felt so much like a number on an assembly line than I did today. I know the pandemic caused a hick-up in the industry, but the selections were less than appropriate where the representative need to refer to her electronic device. I know the society has moved into the electronic environment but customer service is still serious and representatives should be personally knowledgeable of the product they are selling in order to be taken seriously. Compared to other bridal shop venues, there was no sanitizing of previously tried on dresses as well as a shortage in working staff available to assist in the trying on of dresses. This review is for their alterations department. DO NOT GET YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE HERE. I believe their dresses are probably of good quality (i came here for a bridesmaid dress-i can't speak of their bridal gowns.) and so i bought my bridesmaid dress here and left it with them to alter. They said they CANNOT take seams out, just in. So they suggested i go with the bigger size. So i did. And once the dress came in they measured me and went on with the alterations. They even up-sold me on getting bra cups. (Didn't sound like a bad idea for $25.) I came back 4 weeks later when they called saying the alterations were done and the dress literally did not zip. They forced it to Zip and it was UNBEARABLY TIGHT and the alterations "salesgirl" didn't see anything wrong with it. I have professionally sold/fitted bra's for years and KNOW for a FACT that this is NOT how a top should fit. I was fuming but let them figure out what to do. They re-measured me and said there was a 3-inch difference in my waist. They said they originally measured me as 31" in the waist and that i was now 34"..but the bust and hips were the same. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN 34". I HAVE NEVER BEEN 31". There is NO WAY i could have possibly gained 3" in my waist in 4 weeks. I've actually LOST WEIGHT. I'm the MOH in my sisters wedding and have been EXTREMELY careful about my size, good god. The salesgirl even asked if it was my "time of month"!!!!!! WTF? So i gave them the dress back, they took the seams out free of charge, and i came back the next week to pick it up. I tried it on in the fitting room alone and it was FALLING OFF OF ME. I said screw it and packed the dress back up and left. And no, i did not tell the department that it was now extremely big. I found a local tailor just to fix this. And she was amazing. However at first look of the dress she said "who did this work? Why are the bra-cups sewn on the outside of the lining..? This is very unprofessional.." THATS WHAT I THOUGHT TOO BUT DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING. UH. Anyways, this local tailor fixed everything and SAVED my LIFE. This whole Bridesmaids dress experience has been a nightmare from the get-go. First of all, I was pregnant when my friend asked me to be a bridesmaid. I was going to be about 6 weeks postpartum for the wedding. I had NO CLUE what size I was going to be at that point in time but because it takes SO LONG for a dress to come in, I guesstimated what I potentially was going to be. I found this super cute dress online for $29.99 in a size 8... well, 6 weeks postpartum rolls around and low and behold the dress doesn't fit... Way too small. So now I am scrambling to find a dress and the wedding is less than 2 weeks away. I made an appointment at this DB location . Upon arriving, there was no one at the check-in desk. So I stood around for awhile, not noticing any workers other than the one that was ringing out another customer. Once I located an employee, I tell her my situation and she says that they won't be able to order me anything and I'll have to buy off the rack. I assumed this already so I was ok with that. She measures me and I tell her my color and she pulls a number of dresses in my size and color. After she picked out a couple Vera Wang dresses, I asked if those dresses were the same color as the DB dresses. She said yes. I trusted her when she had me try on some of the VW dresses along with the DB ones. Ironically, most all the dresses she pulled with the size she measured me at were WAY too big. I was a little annoyed that while I tried on the dresses, she'd disappear. I understand I was the last appointment of the day and that they probably want to do what they needed to do to close the store but how the heck am I supposed to zip up the dresses on my own? I also thought I was going to have another individual's opinion. Ah well. I finally settled on a Vera Wang dress. I purchased it with the knowledge that this was a non refundable dress and went on home. Once at home, I looked at the tag and noticed that the color was labeled "midnight" when I clearly told the associate that i needed "marine." Thinking that maybe Vera's colors were perhaps named differently since they were "fancier???" I went online and sure enough, the dress I bought was available online in MARINE and also in MIDNIGHT. I talked to the bride and told her what happened and she was upset about the mix up. I assured her that I would call the next day and figure out a solution. THIS IS WHY I ASKED ABOUT VERA WANG'S COLORS. I WANTED TO AVOID PROBLEMS. I ALREADY WAS ANNOYED THAT THE DRESS I ALREADY BOUGHT DIDN'T FIT. NOW I HAVE TO FIX AN EMPLOYEE'S MISTAKE. UGH!!! So now I am calling around to all the other DB stores in about a 2-hour radius to check what dresses that have in my size and color because I am not driving all over if they don't have what I need because I need to buy off the rack. The reason I gave them this is because they were nice. I just am annoyed that I wasted time and now still have to find a dress. LUCKILY I was told that since this was their mistake (with giving me the wrong color) they will exchange the dress for a new one in the correct color. (I was told this over the phone so let's see how this plays out when I actually go in to exchange the non-refundable dress). I agree with the reviews stating that the alterations department is less than satisfactory. I wish I hadn't done my alterations here. I enjoyed my initial appointment of trying on dresses and finding "the one" but everything after that has been extremely stressful. I feel like they over-promised what alterations were possible in my first appointment. The next appointment, was my first alterations appointment and I made all the requests for the alterations. By my next appointment, they were not done with the alterations. I asked for them to line the sheer sleeves and back with a matching color fabric, but it was not done because they said they wrote down the wrong phone number for me. Then they brought out a lining that went far above my dress's neckline which was very concerning. I felt like I had to make it very clear that they weren't going to add this awkward piece of fabric extending far above the neckline. Also, the lining did not match the fabric and when I asked them about it, they made it seem like it was impossible to match it to my dress. They said they were both "ivory" but they are clearly different shades. If I had to do it all over again, I would probably just buy the dress that comes from the factory and do my alterations elsewhere. I do not enjoy the experience of having an initial appointment where they make it seem like they can do anything for your dress, only to have the actual alterations appointments be disappointing and upsetting. I feel like I could have had a better alterations experience had I gone to someone else. read more

Truthfully I walked into David's Bridal browsing because I wanted to get an idea of prices and designs of wedding dresses they had to offer. Walking in I figured I needed an appointment to try on but lovely Mrs. Trevaun jumped onto us and made sure I was going to try on my dream dress that day. Fom the start she made us feel like family. She made sure that regardless of me not having an appointment at the moment she got me one on the spot. She made my experience from start to finish feel like a dream. Great experience! I needed a formal dress in a hurry! Since customer service is lacking in most retail stores at the mall, I decided to take a look at David's Bridal. I purchased the third dress that I tried on. My size dress was on the mannequin, so the stylist stripped it off and gave to me to try-on. It was a perfect fit except for the hem, which their awesome alterations team took care of. This is the first time that buying a formal dress was completely stress-free! If I was rating the girl who did my alterations, (Mackenzie) I would give her 5. She was very nice and pleasant. The manager is a bit different. While I was getting my pins put in my dress, she came in the back with a massive bag of chips- stuffing them into her mouth and giving directions to the seamstress as to what they needed to be doing. It was disgusting really. She also pointed out how "big" the mid section of my dress was on me. I explained that I didn't want it to be tight because of the type of material it was- and how much it would show off EVERY curve of my midsection. I had a really great experience purchasing my wedding dress today! My sales associate Kietta was very helpful, and was able to work with my ideas to put together a good pool of dresses to try on. She was not pushy and offered valuable opinions and accessory options to really help me visualize the overall look. Would also like to shout out the other associates who, when I was done with my bridal appointment, were very helpful in finding my mom and grandmom appropriate dresses for the big day. It was so convenient to get everything done at once. With that being said, I think that going to David's Bridal would be best for a bride who already has a good idea of what she wants in a dress. I could see how other folks had less positive experience, but can assure that a decisive bride with a checklist in mind would have a good experience here. read more

I've been to this location twice. Once looking for my bridal gown (which I ended up purchasing somewhere else) and a second time with 3 bridesmaid trying to find their dresses. Both occasions were great. I felt like I had personalized attention from my consultant. My only critique would be to have more chairs and seating. We were advised to "not move chairs" and were also forced to get up and stand (during the bridesmaid appointment) so a large group of 10 for a bridal appointment can take our place. I don't think that is fair. Whether we are spending $300 or $2,000, everyone should have a place to sit and not be forced into a corner because we aren't making as large of a purchase as someone else. read more

I didn't buy my wedding dress here but I wish I did after visiting! I knew I was using David's for my bridesmaids because they're scattered all over the country (traveling nurse life lol) and it just makes it so much easier to coordinate. Anyway I went in there with my NC best friend to pick out colors for the wedding. The glass counter had the best examples of palettes ever! Pinterest has so many ads these days that it's basically impossible to wedding plan without corporate America invading your mind-- although of course I say that while writing a five star review for the United State's budget bridal monopoly. But David's Bridal Durham really gives good example of theme colors. I ended up purchasing swatches of oasis, spa, Malibu, and juniper: one of the palettes on display! Watch out elder millennials, Pinterest is out! Us 90s babies have a superior method.., the staff at David's Bridal! I have 5 bridesmaids so now I just have to figure out what color to double up on lol. I might end up putting my maid of honor in an accent color... based off the options in the catalogue they had on the counter, I'm thinking scarlet or canary. All in all, the durham location is great. Great friendly staff who are excellent at answering questions and helping you envision your wedding. Plus they encouraged me, the bride, to try on bridesmaids dresses so between my friend and I wearing dresses, I could get a feel of how different styles/colors look together and what they look like on different skin tones and body types. Purchased a $1000 dress, and when you pick it up if you have to buy the garment bag for $10... Are you kidding!? I would have brought my own if I knew I was going to be charged for that. Then, the size they recommended for me was way too large. So it was almost impossible to maintain the integrity of the dress through alterations. They weren't able to pull the bust in enough since it was an open back, so it's really just hanging in the bust. They added a bra, but I will still need to wear stickies and just hope the photos don't capture how loose it looks. Really wish they would have recommend a size smaller. Note that they don't call when your dress is in, they just email you. I mistakenly thought the emails were junk, so didn't read them. A few weeks later they called to let me know my dress had been there for a long time and I needed to pick it up ASAP. I happened to be traveling the next several weeks and my wedding was just over month away so everything was super rushed. Last, after you purchase a dress, they send you an email asking if you would recommend David's Bridal: Yes or No. If you select No, it takes you to an internal comment page, but if you select yes it asks you to rate them on Yelp, Facebook or Google. Where do I start with this location???? My daughter's prom is today. It all started last weekend when my daughter ordered a dress online (not from David's ) and he dress was ALL wrong!!! We then started perusing Davids website as my daughter has anxiety shopping in stores. We found 3 dresses we liked, called the store...they had two of the three in her size and SAID they would place on hold for me; as we just lived around the corner and would head that way asap! Get to the store and they had one of the dresses and a girl was parading around in the other right b4 my eyes!!! We try on the ONE dress and it fits perfectly! The girl doing the parading has like 8 dresses she's trying on and has yet to make a decision and of course does not want us to have the dress. Ok cool... Cause my daughter knows her mother..she then opts to go with the one without trying on the other. We grab a pair of shoes and we're out!! Get ready for THE day and notice one shoe is a 9 and the other a 7!!! No one is doing their job at this place!! Take the shoes back to the store and find out the inside label says 9 but the sole of the shoe says 7. No Words! read more

After reading all the negative reviews for each and every David's Bridal there is, I was almost afraid to even make an appointment. But, because they offered the most low budget dresses, I bit the bullet and came anyway, not expecting much in terms of service. I was looking for a dress under $300 and everyone told me to just stop by DB since they had a good selection of styles (albeit, just decent quality). I made my appointment online without any issues. I arrived at said time and was expected. After pointing out a few styles I was interested in from their book, I was put into a dressing room and given undergarments to wear. Although my stylist was taking care of two people at once, she was very nice and still listened to me. It took her a bit of time to get each of us in and out of dresses, and I ended up being there for over 2 hours. The allotted appointment times are 1.5hrs each, but I never pressured to make a decision quicker or told that I could not re-try a previous dress on to compare. I've read several reviews where they were not even measured, just thrown into various sized dresses--this was not the case for me. I was measured before I even set foot into a dressing room. I was also helped into the bustier (since I came alone and I couldn't do it myself) and was tied into all the various dresses. I was also offered different sashes to help me figure out what I wanted to do with my dress. Also, as there were less customers in the store (it was getting close to 8pm) other stylists came and gave me ideas to help me make my decisions as they passed by and saw my look of indecisiveness. I was notified by email that my dress and slip had arrived and I came in the same day and it was ready without issues! I came in on a Saturday without an appointment, but when I asked if I could try on the dress one more time before walking out of the store with it, they obliged. It took about 20 minutes before it happened, but I was not forgotten and they did make time to tie me in. I did not get my dress altered at DB...mainly because I've heard such horror stories about the alterations department. Not to mention their prices are steep. I came in knowing that if I purchased a dress from DB, I would bring it to an actual tailor to alter. And that plan worked out great. There are a lot of complains about DB, but I had a decent experience. There was a lot of down time, but everyone was pleasant (or held their tongue well, who knows) and I received everything as promised. There aren't too many options for wedding dresses around here, so you may not have a choice, but if you walk into DB with low expectations, it could turn out to be an good experience. read more

Honestly, I really wanted to like David's Bridal. I bought my dress there, and I like the idea of having affordable gowns that are accessible to everyone. However, it's like they've never heard of customer service. We made an appointment for my initial visit. When we got there, it was a madhouse. There are always so many women there and so many friends of the bride and the store just isn't big enough for it. My biggest tip would be GO DURING THE WORKDAY. I know it sucks, you are trying to pay for a wedding you can't take time off, but definitely find it. It's not as busy and you'll get better service. So when I ordered my dress they said it would take x number of weeks. If the dress didn't fit, they could exchange it for another size. Fast forward to now, and the dress was too big. And of course, you definitely cannot exchange it. I love my dress, but it was expensive, and getting it taken in was incredibly expensive! So the first issue with alterations came with scheduling the appointment. Apparently the girl scheduled my appointment for a time the store WASNT EVEN OPEN. So at the last minute when they realized it, they called to reschedule and were super rude, like it was my fault. They didn't tell me that I had to bring my "day of" bra for the fitting (shoes, I understand. I guess the bra makes sense, but this had not occurred to me given I've never done this before). They insisted I buy an $80 bra on the spot, or they wouldn't do the fitting. I was constantly being bounced between multiple seamstresses. When I came back for the second fitting, things weren't done correctly, and it had to be taken up a little more. There were about 3 different women working with me (it was one woman's first day) so I kept having to repeat myself. The head seamstress (at that moment, who knows) had the audacity to scold me for not bringing a bridesmaid with me. In addition, my bridesmaids are pretty variable in height (about 5.3 to 5.20). ALL of the dresses were different lengths - I literally felt like they were trying to force you to get them hemmed in the store. They were incredibly pushy about this, even when one bridesmaid explained her grandmother is a seamstress. Overall: Go to DB if you have a dress in mind already, but absolutely do not use any of their in-house alterations, etc. It's overpriced, poorly managed, and more hassle than its worth. Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience today. My sister (the bride) had several pictures of styles of wedding dresses she wanted to try on. We made an appointment in advance and were assigned Tina as our sales associate who seemed nice and bubbly. Despite the pictures, Tina didn't seem to bringing dresses that fit the description. I'm not sure if the selection just wasn't at David's bridal or if Tina simply wasn't connecting with us. Also, we didn't feel like our time was used effectively. In 90 minutes my sister only tried on 5 dresses. We were not allowed to look ourselves or to bring any of the dresses to my sister at the dressing room. Tina had to do everything. When the appointment was over, we decided to look at bridesmaid dresses. There were less than 5 people shopping in the store with at least 8 sales associates. When I went to try on the dresses, we were snubbed. Apparently they didn't have any appointments and our original appointment was over. I looked around the store and commented that they had at least 10-12 dressing rooms open. They shook their heads and said no, I had to have an appointment. They said we could not be worked in. That was the last straw. We put the dresses down and left. They not only lost a bridal dress purchase (Tina was pretty pushy towards the end of the process), but 6 bridesmaid dresses as well. Rudest customer service ever-- website says walk ins welcome, so me, my mother, grandmother, and maid of honor walked in to see what they had offer. The manager (rudely) informed us that there was no one available to help (which we totally understood) and we walked around to see what kind of dresses they had and made an appointment for a few days later. Lady was rude to us the whole time ("don't take those dresses out", staring daggers at us). We felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome, I made an appointment for the same time at a different location. My daughter in law to be and I started with David's bridal for her wedding dress. We had Sasha for our stylist. She was fabulous!! She was super upbeat and so very helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and kept showing us different ideas that fit with our vision. Sasha chose head and waist accessories for her to try, giving us lots of different ideas. Because this was the first place we went to we later went to several others. We came back to David's and asked for Sasha because she was so fantastic to work with and the selection and prices were good. The other employees were also very pleasant. We left very happy! My closest David's Bridal is in Raleigh, but this one had the wedding dress I wanted to try one. The stylist and staff was very helpful. I ordered my 2nd "dancing" dress at this location. I was told by the stylist that there location does not carry Zac Posen dresses. There was an issue with notifying me when the dress arrived, and I found out at the Raleigh DB's that my dress had already arrived at Durham DB's a few days prior. Make sure your email address is correct, since that seems like their most common way of notifying for pickup. Overall good experience and it is another location to find more options and selection. read more

I went to David's Bridal for my appointment to search for the perfect dress as I am a new bride! I walked in for my appointment, stood there for a solid 2-3 minutes before anyone bothered to welcome me or tell me what to do/where to go for my appointment. Several employees walked by and nothing. I start looking at dresses and meet my stylist, who honestly seemed like she had taken some sleeping medicine before my appointment. I'm shopping for the biggest day of my life! My bad for wanting some happiness and excitement from the salesperson. After trying on some dresses, the sales manager came over to watch me and the stylist which was fine. The manager and salesperson seemed like they just didn't want to help me at all, I felt like I would've been more successful if I had just done it all myself. I went to Vow'd and had the most amazing experience shopping for a dress, everyone should just go to Vow'd instead. Not to mention, they put me down as a "no show" for my appointment, I keep getting emails saying "we missed you! Would you like to reschedule?" when I was there for almost an hour. read more

Whoa... just popped in to look for a formal ball gown and was this place ever busy. I guess ladies and their teams were picking out bridal gear. They won't let you wander the store until you check in with them and they assign you a rep who would help escort you to your dressing room. Just wanted to browse and it seemed like a process. Limited sizes available, though a variety of styles and colors. It just seems like you can buy it online if you find the style and size you like but they don't have the color. I have had wonderful experiences with this David's Bridal location! The store is organized and clean, and they have a showroom in front so you can actually browse and look at a variety of gowns. The staff if very helpful and made my bridal gown search a breeze! Tamille helped me pick a number of gowns and was very patient with my indecisiveness! She went above and beyond to help me locate a dress that this particular store didn't have available to try on, and I very much appreciated that! My daughter purchased her Prom dress from the Davids Bridal store in Durham, NC. After she selected the dress it was left with the store to make a hem alteration and mend the zipper that had failed. An appointment was made to pick up the dress three weeks later when the repair and alteration would be complete. Steve arrived with my daughter one hour early for our appointment and a lady took my daughter back to where the alterations were done. While my daughter was waiting she heard the alteration staff talking loudly about her in a rude manner complaining that she had arrived one hour early. They were then told that the dress was not ready and we should return at the appointment time. They returned at the correct time one hour later and the dress was still not ready even though this was three weeks after we had asked for the alterations and repair. It was quite obvious that the repair on the zipper and the alteration had not been done until that time. After waiting two more hours the dress was brought out and my daughter tried it on and then they left. The manager gave them their money back for the alterations after they had to wait so long, even after a three week time allowed for the work. They left in somewhat of a hurry as they were now very later for other engagements. We later discovered that the hem work was of the lowest possible quality and we could have done better ourselves with a hot glue gun (pictures available). Unfortunately we did not have time to return it to the shop. Also at the prom, we found that the zipper failed as it was badly sewn and my daughter had to do a repair on prom night (picture available). We made a complaint via the company's website and awaited a reply which we were promised would be within 48 hours. No reply was received within a week so we sent another email and the company told us that their management team treed to reach us on May 7th but got no reply and left a message. We checked all relevant cell phones (we do not have a house phone) and none showed any calls on that day or messages. Also, that 7th was a Sunday! We strongly suggest you avoid this company due to their low quality of work, customer disrespect and, it would seem, dishonesty. read more

I came in for a Mother of the Groom dress, in the morning it was myself and one other Bride in the whole store, and the woman who helped me at first was not welcoming at all, she was very curt and not helpful at all, I showed her a photo of the dress I saw online and she said they didn't have the dress she showed me a few other dresses in the same color and said that was all they had and said I could continue to look around and left me on my own. I found one dress and decided to try it on, she never came to check in on me and I had to ask another stylist to take a picture of me in the dress. As I was about to leave I had asked another stylist if she could measure me and she was ready and willing to help me and she measured me and took over and was extremely helpful and helped me pick and try some other dresses. If it wasn't for Lakiesha I would have left the store and not of bought a dress from here. I didn't buy the dress in the store because I wanted to think about it and once I came home I called and ordered it through her. She gave wonderful customer service and was patient with me and gave me great confidence in the dress size suited for me. I understand that it might have gone differently if I had an appointment, but there should have been better communication, and a more welcoming tone in the store. If it wasn't for Lakiesha I would not have been coming back to the store. She was Amazing!! read more

Had ideas of a dress style I liked for my 2nd wedding. Walked in & was introduced to Erica. She was kind & professional & helped me find my dress in less than 20 minutes. Even took pictures to send to my mother. Erica set me up with a dress fitting, and I was off. I hate shopping, so this was incredible! Presented for the dress fitting, & Crystal was equally as kind & professional. She explained what would happen during the fitting & was quick & efficient. I had an incredible experience with Tiffi on Frdiay the 13th! I am an older first time bride with a tough to fit body. I am 6 foot tall. I asked for a consultant with patience and the ability to understand sarcasm. I had NO IDEA of what I wanted. Tiffi stepped right in and asked all of the right questions!! She was patient and went the extra mile to find dresses that would suit my body style. For someone who had no clue about what they wanted, I narrowed it down to 1 or 2 dresses. I could not have asked for a better consultant and would recommend that anyone who has no clue about what they would like, to make an appointment with Tiffi! She gets a million stars in my book! I am grateful for her assistance and guidance!! UPDATE: (5/28/16) In a follow up appointment, Tiffi helped me find the PERFECT dress!!! She stayed with me for the 1.5 hour appointment and even cut into her lunch to ensure that I was satisfied and happy!! Just got out of there. Had the worst experience there. I was waiting at the "welcome desk" to get help, there was no one else in front of me & the two ladies at the desk acted like I wasn't standing there, then two other women came in and they helped them knowing I was standing there waiting. I think you have to be blonde for them to acknowledge you. read more

The lady that answered the phone was so rude about everything and made me seem like I was the issue because I was just trying to see if the dress was available to come try it on I can say I will never go there I'll just go to the Raleigh location. read more

Tamille was the sweetest and most patient employee. I was upset by the bridesmaid dress that I had ordered. It came in with wrinkles galore and there were a couple rips in the dress. I was also concerned about the size and the extensive amount of alterations. She stated that I could get a new one ordered and delivered for free.
