    Wrong pricing

    DG market is horrible the cashier at the front wearing glasses very rude and races this happened at 8:35 pm 04/28/2026 they have 10 items head & shoulder on the shelf with the price $3 and when I showed to the cashier they don't want to honor the price I am attaching the picture for the reference this is openly wrong pricing Brentwood price department should look into this thank u

    I visited this location because I had been told by a coworker that it has larger quantity, different items Items that can't be found at other locations. I was looking for specific items and I found them and additional items as well. I didn't notice that my Laggy Taffy rang up higher than price marked. I got back in line to get an adjustment. I. The interim, the so called Mgr, (young immature Hispanic rude male) was available at the next register. He told the lady behind me he could help her. I walked over to him and asked Don't you take the next customer in line? He told me, "Go back over to the other line, you were already in". I asked him why? He told me because he's not going to help me. I had not given him any reason to refuse service to me. I went back to the other line. The clerk that originally helped me explained the pricing issue. I was told that I could return them, buy them again. I asked for the item for $1.00, the Hispanic guy said no, for $2.50, they're in the wrong place. He told me I could wait til Monday and talk to the Manager. I told reminded him that he initially told me he was the Mgr. No, he said I'm the assistant mgr. I told him he needs to get himself together. He's being I decisive and rude. The sign, description and everything matches. Why can't I pay the price marked? That makes no sense to me. I asked him why did he come over there to me in the first place because he told me to go back over to the line I was in. (As if I were a second class citizen, I didn't appreciate his rudeness,lack of manergerial skills) and I told him so. I said I prefer to visit this store when he isn't here if I come back He replied don't Ever Come Back! I told him everyone has a behind, you don't have to act like one!! Then he tells me to go to the 2nd register where he was,I asked him why. He said you want a return font you. I replied Yes, but I didn't come thdre to spend my time going back and forth from one register to another. It took him 3 attempts to process my return for a single item. Initially, he was trying to return everything I bought. That is what he was supposed to be doing. This indeed was an extremely frustrating experience. He has no business being in an Asst Mgr position. I'd would have rated this a negative 10 if that was an option.

    Customer service was not a top priority at this location. Unfortunately an item was stocked in the incorrect location. Which was a complete shelf off. I took the six vases to the register, the cashier began to ring them, they came out at 2bucks a piece. I explained to him they were marked at 1buck, he walked me over to verify. Being that I grabbed all that was on the shelf he wasn't able to confirm and called for a manager to help. Crystal came over and immediately stated they are not responsible for items being misplaced. Lucky I had taken a picture ,to send to my mother in law. Just to confirm I was buying the correct item. Going on... The actual home for this item was on a complete different shelf below, which was stocked with a complete different vase. After the back in forth, she was only willing to give me one at that price, even though I had all six at the register. I asked her for the corporate office. She left to go get it. After sometime she came around with the number. She claimed she was on the phone with another assistant manager and she claimed the same thing. I asked for her name as well she wouldn't give it to me she just said the store manager was Joe. Whom she didn't tell me she tried to confirm with him. I don't feel she did all she could do to make this a better experience. All in all I am very disappointed such a big deal was made over six, two dollar vases.Which I'm sure a dollar difference wasn't going to make a big difference.

    Hectic vibe in the store. Customer service can be improved. Probably will not return. Definitely has product though. Prices are not a steal.

    The cashier does not know it's own coupon policy and she not friendly either. I will never shop here again.

    This is a convenient place to shop if you need something and you don't want to go to the other side of town for Walmart.

Store is modern, bright and spacious. The produce, meat and deli are in the back of the store and the dairy/juices are in the back right area. The store was well stocked. The store is averaged sized compared to some of the large locations that I've shopped. There were some good deals but I didn't notice any unique items during the visit. A nice Grocery Outlet store if you're in the area.

Based on their great reviews, I made the 45 minute drive to visit these guys and I am very pleased I did. I needed a ton of furniture as well as a washer, dryer and refrigerator. Joe welcomed me into the store and we got straight down to business after some welcoming words. He made it clear he wanted to get me what I needed and not what HE needed / wanted to sale. He was not pushy, did not pester me and only answered my questions. At a very fair price, I ordered quite a few things from him. Then I had the pleasure of having Rizwaan and Aryan not only deliver, but assemble all of my furniture and install my appliances. These gentlemen were extremely polite, respectful, hard working and courteous. As it turned out, I failed to mention I didn't have box springs for my new bed and instead making me sleep on the floor on the first night of being at my new home, they went and did their other deliveries, went back to the warehouse and brought me box springs at about 10:00 p.m. that night. Wait, who does that?!?! These guys do and is why as long as I am living in the area, they have a customer for life. Do yourself a favor and give East Bay Furniture & Appliance Warehouse a chance. It's 1 chair! I've even offered to bring it to them and was told no they still couldn't help. So I do not recommend this store!!!!
