I've always had great service. Mrs. Barker was the prettiest lady in So. Omaha. Ralph & Grace Barker were well known for their kindness and super customer service. Great place to shop if your just curious, you'll walk out with something unexpectedly. You'll find whatever and then some. Once you have shopped there you will go back over and over again. The guys brought it in, and one of the guys even took the futon that I no longer needed! Byron and the two men with him, were friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough! Alot of Dollar Tree's get a bad rap. This one typically keeps things pretty tidy and put away. This one has usually had very friendly staff willing to help and social at the check outs while ringing up your items. There is obviously no end to the selection of products they have there and typically its brands you already know. I just did a few pictures of the isles that didnt have patrons in them so you can see the cleanliness and organization. Nothing offensive here. :)

Then, just 18 hours before my son's party, I received another call saying one of the cake decorators had called out sick and suggesting that I cancel my order and go somewhere else. That was completely unrealistic. There was no way I could find another bakery to take and complete an order within 18 hours. Overall, the communication and lack of reliability caused unnecessary stress right before my child's birthday.

I called the Deli today (9/5/25) to order 1 pound of fried chicken gizzards and one pound of fried…read morechicken livers. I called at 10:20 am. I was told they wouldn't be ready until 2:30 pm. In the past, they could normally have them ready in about 1/2 hour (not today's over 4 hours). They told me they have "a lot of chicken to fry today".
