A little pricier than the regular grocery store (maybe?) but so worth it for the quality. The tomatoes make the best BLTs. The watermelons are great for bringing to family picnics. I've never seen lettuce there but often times they have nuts, cherries, strawberries, or whatever is in season. Don't overlook the jarred items they have such as jams, salsas, syrups, and pickles. The pickled beets are fantastic as are the million dollar pickles. The landscape in the area has changed with the addition of a nearby Starbucks and the soon to be open Ace Hardware but it's still an easy in and out. I always pay with cash although I think cards are accepted. Whoever is working is always so friendly, too. So glad this place exists for fresh fruit and vegetables! I love the Farmer's Market but this is so much easier throughout the week. Making a stop here is one of the bright spots in my week.

She was finding the brand, type of item she was looking for almost everytime. We ended up spending more that we planned but that ok. Everything will be eaten/used to make delicious meals. And I have to say the store was clean, organized and stocked very well. The staff was restocking shelves as fast as they could. We were even greated by one of the managers who made sure we had everything we needed. And be sure to hit the drink (boba) stand in back.

I was warmly greeted at the door by a gentleman who explained it was hard for local farmers to produce certified organic foods, but that is what they are trying to bring to this area of Omaha. You can easily pass it up on Radial Hwy, since the sign s pretty small, but it is on the SE corner of 48th and Radial Hwy. Parking out front is dangerous along the Hwy, but I did see a lot in the back which I presume you can park. I hope they do well in this location.

Catering more toward Hmong and Thai and more southeast asian communities and less Chinese, Korean, and Japanese products. Another good store to have in my pocket for when I need a last min item like cilantro and green onions etc. But doesn't have all my usual things I purchase (yet does have a lot of it)! Good to know about. I liked that they had whole fish-no filet here, shrimp (defrosted in deli case) and live blue crab. I consider this store an "in between". Less items than New Asian supermarket and Asian Market here in town, but much more product than a small one such as Salween.

Also this is one of the few aldis with self checkouts! The service was great, I had a bottle of wine I forgot about and the attendant was quick to run over to the self checkout and get me on my way! The cashiers are amazingly efficient, like an efficiency expert taught them exactly how to move to get the job done. A cashier checked out 24 cans of cat food and 5 other items way faster than I could, which means lines go very fast. The stores are smaller, so they don't have everything. A sign on the freezer section had veggie burgers on sale, but I didn't see any. No matter, if I need cat food, I'll buy other staples there at the same time. I compared item for item with my usual store and saved $20 going to Aldi.

I don't live close to the location, but I plan my weekly trip out to Casanova's. The service is great, and we feel like regulars whenever we go in. We usually go for the sirloin steaks and whatever homemade sausages they have for the week. They also have specials on some of their meat options that change depending on the season. I really appreciate their pricing here as well, we don't feel like we are breaking the bank with getting meat from here vs the grocery stores. Once you start getting fresh meat from Casanova's, you won't go back!

I should have realized something was amiss when he said I made it just for you in a condescending manner.
