I'd never seen one until moving into the area. The selection is quite good. While there are sometimes better deals 30 miles away in Omaha, that takes time and gas. Most of the time, prices are highly competitive. So, I'm please Bomgaars is here. They carry Dewalt, Milwaukee, ans Stihl. And, while they don't have 14 different options for every tool, they do have one of just about everything. I've never been there where they didn't have a solution for my electrical, chainsaw, or woodworking needs. My dog loves to go with me here, as there are treats galore and pet aisles. There usually are about 4 or 5 people in the store although are nice and helpful. Thankful for Bomgaars in relatively rural areas....5 stars for rural hardware stores. If comparing to Home Depot, 4 stars for Bomgaars, but 1 added star for superb convenience.

She is knowledgeable, creative, professional, and we appreciated the time she took to be sure the measurements were precise and providing a detailed quote! She was also very patient in adjusting the quote as we added just about every add-on available. The entire process was seamless and our cabinetry arrived right on time! And better yet, they stand behind their product. We had 2 cabinet doors that had imperfections and they were replaced immediately! She was wonderful to work with. My design meeting with her was so productive. I knew some things I did and did not want, but there were so many options to consider. Their showroom is lovely and she was able to walk me over to a display and actually show me the various features and options. That made it so much easier to make decisions. I walked out of that meeting finally feeling excited about the project. Throughout the process, from order to finish, she was very responsive to emails and phone calls and figuring out solutions when issues came up. The man at the counter suggested a type of cat food when I told him we were feeding ferals. It was more economical than what we've been buying and we won't have to buy it as often. I also bought dog treats. They have a large variety of bird feeders and bird seed, some prepackaged and some in bins so you can serve yourself. The man who carried my purchase to the car told me a lot of people get baby chicks there in the spring. It's the kind of store where you go for one thing and find lots of other stuff you didn't know you needed.

The owner was very rude and took the bag and put it on his scale and said it was only one and a half pounds short!!! I know it was three pounds since I weighed it with my suitcase scale. He Did not apologize because I never got the amount I had paid for . He didn't care, just said that bags sometimes rips. He then called in the back for someone to bring back another bag. What I didn't expect was all the fun, gifty type items for your home, yard, and garden including sun catchers, art prints, notebooks, puzzles, cards, etc. They have an active social media page and I saw they were having a fun pop-up event today from 11-3pm that included Dunkin' Donuts, tea from The Tea Smith, Boxicanyon Caramels, several local crafters, and Girl Scouts selling cookies. The staff are all super friendly and very knowledgeable about birds and other backyard friends. This store is even pet friendly so your well-behaved dog can shop with you.
