Thankfully my bank sided with me and gave me a full return. Based on my personal experience and opinion, I would not recommend this place and would recommend just buying directly from pandora if you are looking to buy pandora. I can't speak for other jewelry here. I also find it to be a red flag that I don't see an option to leave a review on the website itself which would help in figuring out other customers experience as I can see people on yelp have left numerous bad reviews.

Also, I appreciate staff checking in to see if help is needed but 4-5 times in a short window of time is overdoing it. I couldn't wait to leave because, having worked retail, I know that is a tactic to prevent shoplifting.
