I want to redo and organize my entire HOUSE but for now all I bought was a box of 72 hangers...it's a start! This store has everything v you want and need when you are young and starting out with organizing your kitchen, closets, office or even your garage...if you walk in to just "look" you will probably walk out with something you saw and didn't know you needed! This is like what your amazon search results look like but in person. There is something for every organizational need you could have! From bins, to closet solutions, drawer liners, stationary and desk needs etc. So much can be found here for your home. My only gripe is it is overpriced. Everything seems extremely expensive, when you can go to TJ maxx or again, Amazon, and get it for 30-50% off. It's definitely a relaxing store to stroll around and get inspo. The staff is super friendly. I just wish they ran more sales. read more

Found the lowest price available on a LARQ water filter, so I made an online purchase for pick-up. Unfortunately, when I returned home and opened the box, it was missing essential pieces. A quick and simple call, no waiting on hold, they made it very easy to replace the box. Apparently they accidentally gave me a previously returned unit. I am grateful that they took care of me without hassle. read more

the organizational items were great, but it was not a relaxing shopping trip. I wash approached 5 times. It was aggressive to me and turned me off to the store. I would be unlikely to shop there again. I understand approaching someone once to ask if they need help or are finding everything OK, but anything more is excessive and really unwanted. read more

This store has many gadgets that cause one to consider buying anything and everything being displayed. The store is always very bright, clean, and workers are helpful when needed. Prices are reasonable and items have a purpose even though it wasn't the original intent when entering the store. Everyone has issues with storage and ideas are driven into your mind once you step into the store. A great place just to wander if you have time to kill. read more

Short review of the relatively new container store in the Westroads Mall that opened in October. Great selection of just about every kind of container, holder, and misc, doodad your family could desire. Checkout counters on both ends of the store, but could have used a couple of more being open due to size of the crowd. Prices seemed reasonable; however, if you are serious, I would price check everything large you want to buy and cross reference it with online prices to see if you could get a better deal. Make your money go a little further. If you are having difficulty finding a niche container item, this just might be the place for you to check out. read more

I can only give 3 stars because I love the products. The store is clean and even though one could easily OCD, it's decently easy to find stuff. What isn't awesome is the service. I wandered around seeking a specific item and passed maybe 2 associates who didn't even recognize another human was in near proximity. I'd have loved to ask a question but it was apparent to me I'd be a bother. After finding the storage bins I thought would work, I stood in a super long line to check out. Only 1 person was there and she couldn't care less that her line was so long. At the end of the day, customer service kind of sucks. This is why more people shop online, folks! read more

Went into the store today to shop as my family came to town for a tournement for my son. Every other isle we went down There was an employee hassling is about wearing a mask. We kindly declined everytime. But they were all rude and we spent a lot of money there. I will NOT be returning again. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! read more

Nice addition to the Omaha market. I bought some cube storage cabinets here for a recently remodeled bathroom. Cubes were highly-customizable and were pretty much exactly what I wanted, even though I had to assemble them myself IKEA-style. The checkout process was rather slow. Since I had more than I could carry, and dragging my goods through the mall was not an option, they allowed me to pull the car up in front of the south doors for quick and easy access. The clerk even assisted me with loading. Nice. While pricey, The Container store will has all your organizational needs covered. They even have containers to put in containers and other containers for your other containers. Plenty of other home-decor nicknacks as well. read more

I LOVE this store and am so excited it finally came to Omaha. I do recommend shopping here with a purpose- have a particular organizational goal in mind otherwise you will get overwhelmed or make unnecessary purchases. They have great makeup storage options. Their acrylic organizers are more expensive but they have other varieties at lower price points. You can also sign up for their rewards program and receive regular 15-20% off coupons. I also love the option to buy hangers individually in a rainbow of colors. read more

Since it's still pretty new, it can be pretty busy... all in all it's a great store. You can go crazy in here buying everything from baskets to kitchen organization, trash cans, and clear cubes of every size. Employees are fantastic and really helpful read more

Oh Container Store, you wicked wicked place. You have my heart and wallet and everything in my space. You had to come here to Omaha in search of my last dime and now you have pretty much all of my time. My hard earned cash now belongs to you. Without your gadgets, what would I do? Seriously though, this store is great! When you own an older house it provides storage opportunities that are simply non-existent. It's really fun to go to the stores to custom design a project and then stop by to have them load up your car. At Christmas time, the stocking stuffers go on sale and they really do make some wonderful gift ideas for that hard to shop for friend or even a white elephant (but still practical) gift. Their Elfa goes on sale at the end of the year and so it's great to get your projects ordered just in time for the new year. If you travel frequently, they have some fun things to explore. There are some wonderful home office ideas and kitchen gadgets that are lots of fun, too. The only caveat is that is expensive. Be prepared for that!! read more

Great products, TERRIBLE customer service. Online orders are so easy to place, near impossible to pick up. I made a large purchase online, found everything I needed, opted in to text alerts for pick up - so far so good! This afternoon I get my text and go in to pick up, no signage at all for online orders, and for some reason their self serve computer stations are gone (these made pick up so easy last time). After 10 minutes of wandering I finally find an associate - who I have to ask for help, and she disappears for another 10 minutes looking for my order in the back only to find out that someone has inexplicably placed it at a cash wrap. I love their products, but if you are in Omaha I highly recommend shopping online and shipping to your home! read more

Honestly really wanted to like this place. I dont know if its because its holiday season so maybe they just have a lot of seasonal help, but i felt like the entire time my friend and i were there, they were straight up following us. I felt rushed and like i was doing something wrong when all we were doing was looking. I ended up buying less than half of what i would have because i felt uncomfortable. Also the cashier was very pushy with us about joining the mailing list. "Lets get you signed up". What if Im not remotely interested?? Companies have it all wrong with the pushiness on mailing lists and credit accounts. This store is an example of why i dont go shopping anywhere but online anymore. Hate being hassled. read more
