We love stopping in here, even if we aren't getting anything. It's so cute and there's always something unique happening. This time there's a small little straw maze to go through that was fun. I picked up some mums to try and get into the ground today. I was checking out the tulips too. While nice, I've been able to find them other places for less. You know that's the common theme with places "I can get that somewhere cheaper" but you also know that you're getting quality when you're here. Coming here to look at plants is one of the best Omaha activities. They have such a great variation of all kinds indoor and outdoor plants and decor. Wintertime is fun here too, they usually have Santa at some point in time and bring live reindeer in. It's super fun for kiddos and adult kiddos! :-) The one something I don't love here are prices. It's more expensive than almost anywhere else in town and that makes it hard to want to buy here. When they have deals, they're great! We just got several small outdoor mum plants for $2.99 a piece. Even their "as is" section was very pricey, melted candles that are still almost at their full price is an example. Come here to look around, there's plenty of magic to see! read more

We had such a wonderful experience at Mulhall's yesterday! We've been searching for the right tree for our house for a while and honestly didn't expect to find one this trip. Since they are running 30% off deal for plants/trees in the month of September we thought it was worth checking out more. When we asked for guidance on trees, an employee in a golf cart greeted us right away and went above and beyond. She explained the different options, drove us around to see various sizes (which was such a lifesaver on a hot day with a toddler), and shared thoughtful recommendations. Her knowledge and kindness really stood out, and thanks to her we found the perfect tree for our home, a Redpointe Maple. She even snapped a family photo of us in front of our new tree, which we'll treasure as a memory. We've already decided we'll take a family picture with it every year as it grows. A super expansive landscaping store, and everything to go with that you can absolutely ever imagine! Indoor and outdoor plants available. Mulch, stone, decorative garden doodads, and more! Dedicated parking makes easy access to this Omaha landmark. It had been a while since I was in here last and they have expanded even more! Well organized, educated staff, assistance with orders and delivery available I stopped in looking for pollinator plants and was given a full education about the benefits of milkweed. Offering a special sale I was able to pick up a few varieties for my deck to enhance vegetable pollination. The bees and butterflies are very happy now at my house. We were in during the week, which is an added benefit if you can avoid the crowds on the weekend as Mulhalls is very popular and can get busy Highly recommend you stop again to look around and stroll the aisles. This place is amazing! It's like the Costco/Sam's of plants. They have cool events here (check out the schedule on their website). And they have different things on special (also listed online). The event coordinator, Jillian, is just a sweetheart. I must stop at Mulhall's each and every time I find myself in Omaha. It's so inspirational for plant lovers! Prices are good. I happened to find a cactus that I have been dreaming of owning for a while. They had this variegated cactus in two different sizes and I am so excited! I now own one. I love Mulhall's! read more

I purchased a poinsettia for the holidays at Mulhalls. Customer service carefully wrapped the entire plant so I could get it home safely in the freezing temperatures. I don't always think about shopping at a nursery for Christmas, but Mulhalls had a great selection of indoor and outdoor decor. I will be back! read more

Mulhall's is the perfect store to visit if you are looking to brighten up your home and garden with beautiful plants. They have everything you could possibly dream of to make your home or outdoor space feel like you've entered a plant paradise. It is also fun to just walk around and look at all the cool plants they have. We recently visited simply to admire the variety of plants. We picked up a coffee and walked around their greenhouse, making it the perfect Sunday afternoon activity. There was an employee putting together beautiful outdoor hanging baskets bursting with color, and it was awesome to have her walk us through what she was doing. The employees are very friendly and super knowledgeable, taking their time to ensure you find exactly what you're looking for. Outside of plants, they also have a huge home decor section featuring lots of local businesses, and we had a blast meandering around. They have wind chimes that sound angelic, hand-blown glass from Australia, and local products like Benson Soap Mill, Fat Head Honey, and Lulu's caramels and chocolates. Overall, I highly recommend Mulhall's if you are looking to expand your plant collection or are a first-time plant parent. :) It's also a great way to spend time with friends and family while finding cool, unique pieces to add to your home! Holy plants! And decor! And so many things! I went in here for a specific native bush and was able to easily find it for a reasonable price. There were so many plants and decor to look at it so it turned into a mini date and I left with more than just the bush haha. I love it here! Honestly this place is a plant lovers dream. Just walking through here is an experience in it self. When you walk in there is a beautiful selection of a few potted plants on your right hand side, large pots for purchase to the front left, furniture items, and a little shop type area that you can buy a variety of items. Then you continue down the path to your left and literally every single plant under the sun is here. You can find almost everything you are looking for! There are ceramic pots of all sizes in this area too that are always so beautiful. Sometimes I feel like the prices are a little steep but I think all plants across the board are high priced. The employees here are so kind and helpful that just being here even if you aren't purchasing anything is really such a lovely experience. Plus the hanging baskets and drop plants they put together are beautiful! You will definitely leave with something beautiful or high quality even if you didn't plan on it. read more

Barb is like the godmother of the greenhouse and brings so much happiness and love to each customer. Everything is beautifully cared for and just being in the greenhouse will elevate your vibe. The employees are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help. Most of them are involved in the Master Garden program through extension. The selection is incredible, from unique and rare houseplants to trees and shrubs you won't find anywhere else. Damon has done an excellent job bringing the most beautiful and rare houseplants and annuals and it truly shows the passion within this place! On top of that, the space is inspiring -- it's part nursery, part botanical art gallery. So many great spots to take a photo with the beauty around you. My experience at Mahall's was not what I expected. I went to the store in search of perennials and native plants. I came prepared with a list of plants that would complement my yard. The gift shop staff was extremely nice, thank you Mary. Once I made it out into the nursery I looked around the plants on my list and got a few. Because the nursery is so large I hoped for some help in finding the rest. I then saw a sign for the information desk where I asked the two associates if I could get some help finding the other perennials on my list. In response, the associate said, "well you'll have to go look outside." From there, I went outside and felt the same frustration. I knew then it was time for me to go and maybe find what I need at a different nursery that had time to help. read more
